The hotel is very weird. The room didn't have what it should have. I had to contact the front desk to deliver it. Then the room order said that I had to add WeChat friends to contact them. I was so drunk. I added them but there was no response. I called Ctrip's contact number and it took more than half an hour to deliver it. Regardless, the refrigerator said it was free, but the front desk said it was charged. The room was also different from what Ctrip wrote. There was no mountain view and no coffee machine. When I asked about the situation, the waiter said that none of our rooms had it. There was no service attitude at all. I hope friends will learn from this. I came here because of the good reviews.
