Viki and her team went above and beyond in ways I never imagined. On our last day, we had to leave before regular breakfast hours. Without hesitation, they prepared a delicious breakfast to-go for us. That level of thoughtfulness is rare and deeply appreciated. The rooms are immaculate, the amenities are top-notch, but it's the staff that makes this place shine. They anticipated our every need and made us feel like royalty. If you're seeking a 5-star experience that exceeds all expectations, look no further. I'm already planning my next visit!

The hotel it self was clean and neat. But half the building is under construction the pool is not available for use. One of the main reasons I picked the hotel is because of the availability of a pool.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and public transport. The staff were super friendly and attentive, providing great service throughout our stay. The facilities were top-notch, including a delicious breakfast, hot water in the bathroom, and well-maintained cleanliness. We appreciated the walkability of the area, making it convenient for exploring the city. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel for its value for money, exceptional staff, and fantastic facilities.

This is the perfect hotel for you to rest up when exploring the city, it’s nothing fancy but then again you get what you pay for, some rooms are quite small with no windows but then again it’s very likely that you won’t be spending much time in a hotel room instead of exploring the city. Now locating the hotel can be a bit difficult but there’s lots of famous clubs around, so you can enter one of the clubs name and ask any guards you might find by the gate and they’ll gladly help you. And yes they do accept foreigners

We recently stayed at the Crystal Orange Hotel in Beijing, and it was an incredible experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the customer service was amazing. When we encountered a minor issue with the tap, they efficiently and promptly changed our room. Plus, the adorable robot delivering our waimai (takeout) to the room was super efficient! The room itself was a haven of comfort. It was super clean and thoughtfully provided with everything we needed, including a steamer for our wrinkled clothes. The only small challenge was the light combinations – turning on the bathroom lights would trigger other lights in the room, making nighttime trips to the toilet a bit tricky without waking up my partner. But aside from that, the room was cosy, sexy, and elegant – the perfect blend. While the location isn’t very convenient for sightseeing, the Crystal Orange is conveniently close to a metro station. So, getting around the city was still manageable. I highly recommend the Crystal Orange to anyone visiting Beijing. Their exceptional service and attention to detail truly made my stay memorable!”

The location of the hotel is easy to find. Check-in is at the front desk of the Waldorf Hotel. Before check-in, we explained that we needed birthday decorations. The front desk lady and the housekeeper Ella made good arrangements and had a good service attitude. Will had a good service attitude and took us to find the room indoors and helped with luggage and take-out. The bathtub in the room was large and comfortable. I was very satisfied with the breakfast, minibar, toiletries, etc. I will come again next time.

I am impressed with the hotel from location down to the friendly and warm service of the staff . The rooms are kept very neat and tidy and always clean . The staff regardless of where they are would greet and talk to me asking me where would I be going for the day or how was it . The bed is so comfortable and I love the choice on the pillows . I would definitely pick Atour hotels again. I love the laundry room and the offerings . I think one key factor is that this hotel did not engage in huge tour groups booking hence it is able to manage the quality of stay

Excellent hotel. Good comfortable bed, great shower. Room was well sound proofed Staff were prompt in any requests we made for toiletries - the robot delivered them to the room within minutes. Breakfast spread was excellent value. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The room is OK, not too small, the bathroom is a little moldy. Overall, it's worth the price for this location. The terrace on the second floor feels good, and it's very comfortable to sit on when the weather is good. The lady at the front desk helped me carry my luggage to the second floor, and also took the initiative to help me carry my luggage out the door when I checked out. Thank you very much!

The hotel is newly opened, and the overall facilities and environment are very good. The location is also easy to find. It took not long to find it after getting off the highway. There is also free parking. There are new energy charging piles. The front desk staff is also quite enthusiastic. Well, the safety factor is also relatively high. The room card senses the floor. Prevent strangers from entering and exiting. This is still done well. It will be more reassuring for parents and children to stay.
