"I stayed at this wonderful hotel for one night during a layover in Beijing. Here’s what I want to say: if you’re flying with a layover and need a place to stay overnight, this is the place to go! The hotel is located just a 10–15 minute drive from the airport. Guests can arrange a transfer service that picks them up at the airport and takes them back the next morning. I arrived at 6 PM and contacted the hotel from the airport—this service is completely free if you book through Trip.com (a huge thank you to that wonderful service!). A hotel representative explained exactly where to catch the shuttle in excellent English. Thanks to the clear instructions, finding the shuttle bus stop was easy. As I mentioned, the hotel is a short 10–15 minute drive away. Nearby, there are other transit hotels, as well as cafes, convenience stores, and massage parlors—basically everything needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel itself is spotless, and the rooms are spacious, cozy, and very comfortable. The service and staff are excellent. The food selection is fantastic! My room rate included not only breakfast (a very varied buffet) but also dinner (soup, rice with vegetables and meat, and pasta with vegetables)—everything was delicious. There is an enclosure with live llamas in the hotel courtyard—a unique and charming touch—with tables nearby where you can have coffee or a cigarette. There is also a free coffee machine near the reception area. My room was spacious and equipped with absolutely everything I needed, plus a complimentary gift from the hotel—a really nice touch. After spending the night in this wonderful place, I want to say a huge thank you to all the hotel staff who maintain such high standards of service and a lovely atmosphere. I will definitely be back and will recommend it to friends. If you are reading this review, I highly recommend staying at this wonderful hotel too!!!!! Thank you for the magnificent welcome❤️"

"A Wonderful Stay with Exceptional Hospitality! I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! Everything is thoughtfully designed to make guests feel comfortable, welcome, and truly cared for. The service is outstanding, and you can really feel how much effort the team puts into making every guest’s experience special. I especially appreciated all the lovely little touches — the delicious late-night porridge, fresh fruit, and thoughtful gifts. These small gestures make such a big difference and create a wonderful feeling of genuine hospitality. The bed was very comfortable, and the pillows were absolutely amazing! I slept beautifully. The only small inconvenience for me, as a European guest, was the bed being placed on a raised platform with steps immediately beside it. We are more accustomed to getting out of bed directly onto a flat floor, so this layout took a little getting used to, especially at night. However, I understand that this is part of the Asian-style design and it certainly did not spoil my overall experience. The hotel grounds are also beautiful, well maintained, and full of charm. Every detail reflects the care and dedication of the people who work here. A very special thank you to the entire staff for their kindness, attentiveness, and wonderful hospitality. You truly go above and beyond to make your guests feel special! Thank you so much for such a lovely experience and all the beautiful memories. "I was very satisfied with this stay. The hotel is conveniently located in the commercial district, it was clean, and the breakfast offered a good variety. The staff were very kind; they even upgraded my room for free when they saw I had two children with me. There was no noise, and I slept very comfortably at night."
