I've stayed in quite a few decent B&Bs, and this one just gives me the impression that the owner isn't very focused on service, mainly aiming for a casual vibe, I guess... It's been a long time since I encountered a B&B or hotel where the drinks in the room fridge cost extra. When I asked for two small bottles of water, the response I got was, ”The large bottles are free too.” I don't understand what that even means... Of course, I know the large bottles are free, but do I have to drink from a jug if I want cold water? They did eventually bring them, just two small bottles... The breakfast was also quite disappointing; it's the first time I've encountered something like this at this price point for a B&B. The overall feeling is just very stingy.
There's a nearly right-angle turn outside the B&B, and our car is quite long. No one came out to guide us or help us navigate... I'll just leave it at that for now.

GGuest UserWe stayed for one night in Wtown Resort. We bought a package which included entrance ticket and some highlights.
Location: Convinent as one of shuttle bus stop is right in front of resort and it is also walking distance to performance area.
Facilities: Room is super spacious and clean. Building is slightly old but still well maintained. I love the lobby as it played traditional music with cozy area.
Staff is friendly and provide Wechat personalize guidance to guest who booked under trip.com. I think it is useful as it able to provide a quick chat and clarification e.g. performance timing and location.
Overall, it is good experience.

MMeiyincidufuHighly, highly recommended!!! Our group of four climbed Dongling Mountain this morning, and the scenery was so beautiful we didn't want to go back to Beijing. On a whim, we wanted to find a hot spring hotel nearby where we could relax and soak, and we found this one. The scenery was absolutely stunning!!! The entire village has excellent red-themed architecture and a very positive atmosphere. Even the small village museum's 3D video was quite good, creating a great ambiance, and in the morning, you could see the iconic red star right outside your window!! And the best part? The hot spring was incredibly relaxing! Enjoying a barbecue in the misty mountains, listening to the rain while soaking in the hot spring… friends, it was indescribably comfortable!!
The owner and the manager were very kind, providing us with free breakfast. After breakfast, we immediately bought two jars of the same fermented bean curd online—it was so delicious, hahaha!
In short, a perfect recommendation, we will definitely go again!!!

Ee02158355We had a truly wonderful stay. First off, the location is great – about a 15-minute drive from Universal Studios, so it's quite convenient for taxis. The room was incredibly spacious, actually two separate rooms, each with its own bathroom, plus a living room and a courtyard with tables and chairs. It's so roomy that it would be perfect for two families. The facilities are comprehensive, and the interior is decorated like the Weasleys' house, which Harry Potter fans will absolutely adore! There are even wizard robes and wands available for use. The whole setup, with a courtyard and a small building (Black's house upstairs), creates an amazing atmosphere – perfect for endless photos. The butler provided excellent service, giving us important information before arrival and being very responsive to all our requests once we checked in. They even kindly drove us to Universal and advised us on the best taxi pick-up spots, making our travel and stay completely smooth. There are supermarkets and restaurants near the B&B, so picking up essentials and finding food isn't an issue, and if you have specific preferences, you can always order delivery. This was a fantastic accommodation experience, and I'll definitely bring my friends here next time.

77793****It was freezing outside in winter, but super warm inside – I felt like I could wear a T-shirt, the air conditioning was excellent. The service was generally great. My child threw a beanbag up onto the ceiling, which was about three or four meters high, and the hotel staff even managed to get it down for us. I'm very grateful for that. I deducted 0.5 points for service because the front desk staff seemed clueless; when I asked where to feed the alpacas, they said they didn't know and that it was handled by the hot springs area, implying it wasn't under their management. They mentioned the hot springs and entertainment were outsourced. However, we found the alpacas just a short distance outside the hotel lobby entrance, along with geese, ducks, and chickens. There were three large and two small alpacas, and they were adorable. Do bring them some carrots and greens; they looked quite hungry. For breakfast, go early, before 8 AM, as it's very abundant. If you go later, you'll miss out on the delicious cream cakes. Dinner was a buffet due to New Year's, and the seafood was quite fresh for the hotpot. The hot springs were a bit crowded, but the kids had a good time, mostly hitting each other with ocean balls. There weren't many indoor hot spring pools, making it a bit cramped. The temperatures were all high, but it was very clean. They said there were outdoor pools too, but we didn't go as it was too cold.

YYinyunThe front desk service was excellent. As soon as I walked in, the place felt incredibly clean and tidy. The sheets and bedding were freshly changed, with no unpleasant odors at all. The bathroom was also spotless, showing great attention to detail. I slept wonderfully – it was so quiet and comfortable. The hotel's hot spring was also fantastic; after a soak, I felt completely relaxed. The配套休息区 (accompanying rest areas) and dining areas were also very well-appointed. Overall, it's incredible value for money. The room was super spacious with a great view, and the floor-to-ceiling windows made for a very pleasant stay. It was quiet and comfortable, the pillows were great, and the service attitude was excellent!

When checking in, you need to register your vehicle to park in the underground parking lot 🅿️, otherwise, you might be charged a parking fee. We had three king-size rooms, and 1119 had the best view, overlooking the lake from the balcony, with a beautiful sunrise in the morning. The room directly opposite could see the golf course behind, which was great for sunset views. The bathroom and bathtub are in separate spaces opposite each other, designed with two sinks for simultaneous use. The front desk is on the second floor, and the connecting corridor to the hot spring ♨️ is also on the same floor, though it's a bit of a walk. The buffet restaurant is on the first floor. Complimentary fruit was provided in the room.

YYouyougongzhudarenOur family weekend stay at the Forest Cabin exceeded our expectations! The hotel is nestled in the mountains at the foot of the Great Wall, offering a serene environment. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the facilities were comprehensive. The staff provided attentive and thoughtful service, making it perfect for a family getaway. Highly recommended! Our butler, Xiao Song, was also excellent; knowing we had elderly family members, he tidied up the room in advance and thoughtfully brought us zongzi (rice dumplings).

GGuest UserHygiene: My recent visit to Lanting Hot Spring Hotel coincided with their deep cleaning, and seeing their meticulous work really put guests at ease.
Environment: The hotel's lush environment is incredibly pleasant.
Service: The staff helped with luggage and guided me on purchasing Mutianyu Great Wall tickets, explaining everything in detail. It truly showed me what excellent service is all about.
Their restaurant also serves exceptionally delicious food, highly recommended!
Afternoon Tea: High quality.

GGuest UserThis place is absolutely fantastic! Being able to enjoy it for two whole days is incredible value for money.
The best part is definitely the hot springs, conveniently located right on B1 of the hotel. We just changed into our swimsuits and went straight down, which was super easy. There are both indoor and outdoor hot springs, and so many activities for kids. My children absolutely loved the big outdoor slide and the bubble pool! The little ones enjoyed the bubble pool – my child spent ages scooping up bubbles. The slide is better for older kids. On the second floor, there are smaller hot pools, perfect for a family of three when it's not too crowded. Indoors, there's also a large kids' hot spring area with slides and tons of other fun stuff. Then there's the swimming pool, but we didn't go since we don't swim.
The hotel environment is also excellent. When it rained in the evening, watching the lobby run was quite entertaining.
If it wasn't so far away, I'd seriously consider getting an annual pass and coming here all the time!
