Hotels near Longtan Lake, Beijing

We stayed in the hotel for three nights. The hotel is reachable with the subway line 5 but the next station is 24 minutes walk or 6 minutes with a bicycle. The room was big enough and good for a short stay. In the bathroom however the shower was leaking and after taking a shower half of the bathroom was underwater. The towels were a bit dirty and the bed sheets also had small stains. All in all it was good for three nights and the people working in the hotel were really friendly (but if you don’t speak Chinese it will be difficult to communicate with them).

When I came to Beijing for a trip, I booked all the hotels for a few days in this hotel for convenience. The front desk staff was very enthusiastic and upgraded the standard room for free. The room facilities were complete and clean. Every day, the room lady would pick up the garbage. If I come to Beijing again next time, I will still choose this hotel.

For an English users, our experience at Tiantan Hotel was incredible, and I would HIGHLY recommend staying here. The hotel is right next to the Temple of Heaven and Hongqiao Market while being at a convent location with a bus stop just outside the hotel. There’s also a metro station up the road and hailing a taxi isn’t too difficult here. The rooms themselves are comfortable and very clean; they’re on par with or even better than the big western brands. Saving the best for last, the staff were absolutely amazing, and the lengths to which they made our stay enjoyable consistently surprised me. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed by this hotel and its staff. I will be staying here again in the future, and I recommend you do as well!

The elders in my family went to Beijing for a trip during the National Day, and happened to book Atour Hotel in Longtan Park. They made the right choice, and were heart-warming by the hotel's service. After the elderly arrived at the hotel, the hotel staff was very attentive. They saved the manager's phone number in the elderly's address book and told them to contact him anytime if anything happened. They also provided non-slip slippers, helped with taxis, ordered takeaways, and recommended travel destinations. , took good care of the two elders, taking care of every detail and thinking very thoughtfully. I would like to thank all the hotel staff for taking care of the elderly. I hope the hotel will get better and better. It is very safe for my children to encounter such a hotel. After getting off the subway at Fangzhuang Station, you need to transfer to bus No. 84 to get to the hotel. The sanitation is relatively clean and the hotel service is also good. The window of the first room is too small, so I changed to another room after communication. The best thing is that there is a Longhu Park 100 meters downstairs. You can run in the park in the morning and experience the life of local residents.

The hotel located in good location , easy to find nd cloaes to MRT , Jingson station by walk in a few minute. Lots of convenience store nd resturant around here. , The room very clean big enough for our group of 4 people. 2 bed room with 4 single bed. Love this hotel , if i come to Beijing again surely i must stay here.

The location is very good, the transportation is convenient, and it is also convenient to eat around. There are several restaurants downstairs. The hotel is very clean and well-equipped. Although the room is not very big, it is very convenient to use with dry and wet separation. The hotel customer service is very enthusiastic and solves problems in a timely manner. The hotel rooms have many styles. It is very convenient to travel with children. It is very close to Shuangjing Station of Metro Line 7 and has convenient transportation. There are also various restaurants downstairs in the hotel, which is especially convenient for finding food at night. It's too wet to sleep well, it feels very uncomfortable. 2 Poor: The room is in poor hygiene. There are women's hair under the bedside table, which has not been cleaned. There is half a sofa in the room, which has been dirty for a long time and is not very clean. 3 Poor: The soundproofing of the hotel is poor. We stayed in the back room. There were very few people living in the room on the first floor, so we slept well. However, this does not mean that the soundproofing is good. In the afternoon, the housekeeper was cleaning the door while I slept. I could hear it very clearly, just like I was in the room. The only thing I can honestly say is that there are a few pictures and I don’t like taking pictures very much. hope its good for U.S..

This is the 2nd Ritz Carlton i stayed in Beijing for the trip Family of 3, infant of 7 months old - for 2 days The design and thoughts put into the building is definitely worthy of a Ritz. Classy and solid build In my view, the service we received was less than expected of a Ritz. It could be contributed to the fact that this is right in town centre and the occupancy is high There was no introduction of the facilities of this branch and the staffs at the door looks inexperienced / untrained while they watched upon me getting my luggages out of the taxi and leaving them at the driveway while i set up the baby pram Besides the service, the hotel is great, location fantastic, facilities are well maintained
