The room is okay. The hotel offers a free upgrade to a 3-bed room for college entrance examination students. It has a simple buffet breakfast and is close to the test center. It is satisfactory. The WIFI is intermittent. There may be a lot of passengers and the Internet cannot be connected normally. The sanitary conditions need to be improved. The air conditioner is out of service. The air vents and screen windows may not have been cleaned for a long time, and there is a lot of dust and lint. I also help the cleaners wipe them together. There were patches of different colors on the carpet, I don't know if they were stained, the bathroom ventilation fan was not running, and the top of the shower cubicle was heavily damp. I won’t take any photos since I’ve left the store.

The room is compact, the bed size is OK, two people of average build can fit in one bed. The toilet water pressure is too low. This is the third time I've stayed here. Although I didn't give it a perfect score, I will still consider staying here if I come here in the future. Because the price is affordable, you can't expect to stay in a star hotel for more than 200 yuan. The toilet seat cover is too small.

Staff all were very friendly and helpful , the hotel buffet breakfast is good with lots of local food you might have a chance to try
Only to recommend select a room with window for better air flow , the last night on my stay the room was extremely hot and humid caused by the air flowing system although the hotel staff had provide extra cooling machine

The hotel's breakfast buffet offers a huge variety of cuisines ranging from Western delicacies to Chinese comfort food. The breakfast buffet opens from 7 - 10 AM.
The dinner buffet is a wonderful unforgettable luxury experience, serving hotpot, fresh Seafood and meat, and an ice cream station. The dinner buffet opens from 5:30 - 9:30 PM.
The room is very clean and looked new, the staffs are friendly and polite. Overall a wonderful experience, would definitely come back again.

We loved the thoughtful and personalized anniversary decor on the bed, cards and bubbles. A special thank you to Paolo and the team. The delicious and decadent cake we ordered from the bakery was absolutely delicious. All the staff were professional, friendly and made our experience phenomenal. The afternoon tea, cocktails and light dinner at the club were delectable and so enjoyable. Can't wait to return for another awesome staycation at The Regent.

GGuest UserThe hotel is within minutes of walking distance to the subway station - Zhushikou exit A. The reception is good except mediocre English. Housekeeping is not 24hrs. We were surprised as we had asked for replenishment of mineral water at abt 1030pm. There is no closet except for a stand with 4 clothes hangers. One of reception staff is very good, he helped booked a cab for airport and accompanied us while waiting for the driver.
