服務：服務員人員權限太大，訂同樣的1間房，我們按照説明上寫的衹能免費1台車，但是隔壁卻能免費2台車。
衞生：房車裡麪很多地方都是黴點，有異味，有蚊蟲，布草也不乾淨。
環境：空氣好，山上晚上風大，注意保暖。

1、隔音效果非常差，入住三樓靠樓梯房間，上樓聲音聲聲入耳！
2、後勤管理不認真，火警警報晚上每格四十秒響三秒″滴，持續一整晚！！！撥打前台電話也無法解決！！整晚數着滴聲無法入睡！！
3、環境差，床上用品潮濕，蚊蟲多，連廁所也是堵的！
這麼差的酒店，退房時再次跟前台反映問題，前台工作人員連句道歉都沒有，衹是説了句會反饋一下，真的很無語…
