Hotel padrão da rede Fasano, staff despreparado. Cafe da manhã não está incluso na diária, por isso minha secretária fez o pagamento na véspera, no valor de R$157. Funcionária Alice da recepção não tinha controle e queria cobrar duplamente. Quando expliquei e mostrei a fatura do meu cartão, a funcionária ficou nervosa e mostrou completo despreparo. Incompatível com o padrão da rede.

O hotel está deixando muito a desejar! Apesar da boa localização, o que facilita muito, se vende como hotel 5 estrelas. Definitivamente não é ! Os quartos são OK e a comida apesar de boa, o tamanho dos pratos estão extremamente reduzidos. Um prato de ravioli, pasmem, vem com 7 unidades. Um desaforo para um hotel padrão Fasano. Isto não pode acontecer jamais!

Although the daily rate is considered high but as expected for a luxury hotel, the hotel does not offer a special night for a special date, with nothing more than a few photos, unless you pay even more for petals or sparkling wine, for example. I believe that the hotel can review this concept as it creates an incredible emotional memory for guests, taking care to treat a unique weekend differently, such as a wedding, instead of just worrying about charging too much for anything that is out of the routine. of conventional hosting. The breakfast was not surprising, the fruit and bread buffet was available and did not offer different items. Furthermore, at no point were we offered items straight from the kitchen, such as eggs, toast and pancakes, for example. I confess that I don't know if there is a hot breakfast menu at the hotel, as no employee was instructed to give this information to guests. I believe it would have been extremely nice to have breakfast served in the room, as it was a unique and different moment on the wedding night and not just any accommodation. And finally, in the end, I was charged a service fee (R$ 159.00) that the employee couldn't explain to me because it hadn't been charged along with the daily rate. I found it strange and questioned her a few times, until another employee found in the system that not only should I not pay this fee, but I had also paid more than R$300.00 more in the daily rate, which should be refunded. This all happened two days ago and so far no one from the hotel has contacted me to explain and negotiate a refund.
