Atendimento horrível, levaram comida fria, solicitei café da manhã no quarto foi horrível não tinha ovos mexidos ou omelete, enviou dois pão de queijo um pão de sal e uma fatia de queijo, eu não desci pois estou com problema na perna, foi horrível os quartos são pequenos única coisa que gostei foi a limpeza eu jamais irei voltar ou recomendar pra alguém

Hotel with excellent value for money. I only note that parking is not managed by the hotel and the service was quite rude upon our arrival. We arrived early in the morning and were very well attended to at the hotel reception, which operates 24 hours a day. However, the employee of the company that manages the parking lot treated us very badly, as he had to open the garage door. He was visibly drowsy and irritable. The impression we had was that he was sleeping (during work hours) and felt uncomfortable having to get up, which is somewhat absurd, as we had previously been informed of the possibility of accessing the parking lot regardless of the time of day. check-in, with no time restrictions.
