Very warm and friendly service from the receptionists. Small rooms, but nothing to bother for short stays or just overnight. Entrance to the car park on the side, with an elevator attached to the rooms. The only caveat is regarding the procedures for ”buying” the entrance to the breakfast, which in the way that it is carried out ended up generating a considerable queue and a bit of turmoil at the reception.

The room is small, but very comfortable. Impeccable cleaning. I missed having a minibar, as it doesn't have one. Overall, it's good.

Great place, in the heart of Savassi. Location is AAA+. Super clean, nice facilities, good swimming pool at the rooftop, good toom service and the location is incredible. You are just walking distance from anywhere in Savassi

The location is in the heart of Belo Horizonte, we have quality care, would work 24 hours, always ready to help. On accommodation, although not a five-star hotel can perfectly meet the needs of tourists, such as providing comfortable beds, excellent shower at temperature, reasonable breakfast and cleaning at the request of the guest. Positive points: location; accommodation; shower and cleaning service. Negative points: we stood in front of the BRT station, as soon as the noise of the street was one of the things that disturbed up to a certain timetable.

We had a comfortable overnight stay in Belo Horizonte, thanks to São Bento Hotel. It is situated within walking distance to the bus terminal and both the old and new markets. The hotel has several security cameras. The room, while on the smaller side, is neat and tidy. It has a closet with safety deposit box and enough surfaces to put things on. The beddings are comfortable. What makes São Bento special are its people such as Antonio Luiz, Valeria, and Isabel. Valeria checked us in; and ensured she atteneded to our requests. Isabel still remembered us from our last year's visit to the hotel. Antonio Luiz went the extra mile in helping us with our transportation to the airport and breakfast.

Estive em BH em Junho de 2023 para participar de um processo seletivo e acabei ficando alguns dias a mais. Posso dizer que a experiência de ter ficado no Br Hostel foi excepcional! Bom custo-benefício, local bem limpo, organizado e conta com uma ótima estrutura. A localização é privilegiada, em um bairro tranquilo e seguro. Nos arredores, conta com uma grande variedade de restaurantes e serviços como supermercado e farmácia. Alguns dos principais museus e atrativos turísticos da cidade estão a poucos minutos a pé do Hostel. Atendimento nota 10!

The hotel's highlight is the location, very close to the Mines Centre, Central Market, Shopping City, friendly and careful staff, I liked the cleaning, I loved my stay and I would surely come back. One suggestion: more varieties at breakfast.
