在蚌埠雖然住的是芒果智控精品民宿，但該民宿讓我耳目一新。設施談不上豪華，可衞生，環境是讓我滿意的。尤其在服務住客方面，可謂面面俱到，有免費的洗衣機讓住客洗衣，出門在外，洗衣是一個大問題。作為名宿有如此免費洗衣，令住客意想不到。房間的衣架不夠，直接到前台和經理説，經理馬上拿出一大把衣架給住客，這種貼心又暖心的服務，讓住客感到有一種家的感覺。經理對住客很客氣，細聲細語的。尤其要講得是在名宿房間能有一個巧妙的裝置，覺得經理是在用心經營者自己的事業。一般情況下，住客洗好衣服總是愁衣服沒有地方掛，一般為了第二天能夠讓所洗衣服能快點幹，往往會將衣服架掛在空調的出風口下方，這樣做很不安全。蚌埠芒果智控精品民宿的經理，在空調掛壁機的下方，裝了一個可自由旋轉的不銹鋼掛衣架，構思之巧妙，解決了衣服架要放在空調掛壁機的出風口下方，不安全的做法。利於住客也利於名宿的安全。
