Great hotel! This is the best hotel where my wife and I have ever been, magnificent architecture from the outside. The room itself has high ceilings and is very clean, freshly renovated!

Stayed here last minute after our flight got cancelled and booked via *********** Spotlessly clean and lovely room - we were basically there to put our head down until 4am Found it slightly impersonal - but that might suit others - I personally like the thought of reception staff being around - they are apparently at the end of the phone tho. Found the check in a bit stressful also - all done with ur phone to unlock the doors and couldn’t help worrying if I lost my phone !!!! All in all a beautiful building in a lovely central part of Bergamo

The room was modernly furnished with warm but soft colors. The bathroom in particular is very nice. We rested well both due to the tranquility of the room and the quality of the mattress. Access to the facility and room was quick and efficient with the use of a PIN to open the doors. However, without a reception, the procedure was impersonal.

Excellent structure located in the center of lower Bergamo in front of the Donizetti theater and a few steps from the funicular that takes you to the upper city. There is also a bus stop within walking distance. Great for those who love to visit.

I can only compliment this structure, the cleanliness of the entrance, the location, but that sofa bed as a third bed I must say is just shameful!!! Better maybe a bed. However, I recommend it to everyone and with the Christmas markets underneath it is even more beautiful!!!!
