Very nice place to stay in Berlin. Rooms are big, clean and the hotel has a really nice spa ans fitness center! Defined recommend!

Great hotel. Really nice gym and wellness facility. Check in took a bit longer than expected and communication with trip.com needs improvement. I already had paid and they wanted to charge me when i checked out. Needed to send a copy of reservation to reception. Not a big deal but room for improvement.

Great overall experience. We received an upgrade to a suite which was super pleasant.

Great location, perfect transport links, parking available. Unfortunately the rooms are a bit worn, in mine the glass door to the bathroom was missing, which is why I have to deduct points. You also have to ask separately for coffee at breakfast.

The room is big in Europe, and they upgraded us when they didn't have any. The transportation is very convenient, there is a tram station right outside, and it is very convenient to go to and from the airport.

Solid business hotel with a very good price-performance ratio. Everything went very smoothly at check-in. The location is not quite in the center, but can be reached quickly with good public transport connections. The rooms are stylish, but the floor was pretty worn out. Therefore, the room overall did not make a completely good impression.
