Mit einer Gruppe von 35 Personen bin ich geschäftlich hier gewesen. Das Personal des Hotels hatte alles perfekt im Griff, vom Check-In bis zu einem Imbiss, der außerhalb der Frühstückszeit (eher zu Mittag) von uns gebucht wurde. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich hier Herrn Horn von der Rezeption und die Mitarbeiterin Inka (Nachname ist mir nicht bekannt). Alle waren sehr freundlich und zudem sehr organisiert! Wir würden gerne wiederkommen!

I chose this hotel because it was walking distance to the Brandenburg gate and I had limited time. I enjoyed my stay, and would stay again.
I had not pre-booked the breakfast, because being gluten free means breakfast isn't always worth having, however after talking to the reception staff, I decided to give it a go and enjoyed it very much. I appreciated the warm gluten free bagettes I was given. Lots of options. The only thing that would be helpful is adding allergy notices, so I knew which of the meats etc contained gluten.
The location is close to the Tier Garten, a massive park in Berlin and great to walk in.

Ich bin ein Motel One Fan. Es funktionierte wie immer im Motel One alles reibungslos und wie man es eben gewohnt ist. Wir wollten Abends einen Absacker an der Hotelbar trinken. Die Karte studiert haben wir unsere Getränk bestellt. Die Antworten des Barkellners: Getränkeauswahl die erste: wir haben leider nicht alle Zutaten im Haus, dieses Getränk kann ich nicht für sie zubereiten Getränkeauswahl die Zweite: auch hier fehlen uns noch Zutaten, weshalb ich auch dieses Getränk nicht für sie zubereiten kann Getränkeauswal die Dritte: wissen Sie, wir haben seit ca. 1 Monat (!) eine neue Karte, aber noch nicht alle Zutaten für die Getränke lagernd, weshalb ich Ihnen leider auch dieses Getränk derzeit nicht zubereiten kann -＞ wenn eine neue Karte eingeführt wird, sollte es in einer 'Weltstadt' und einer Hotelkette dieser Größenördnung schon möglich sein, die enstprechenden Zutaten lagernd zu haben. Wenn die fehlende Zutat bei einem Getränk - eventuell auch saisonal bedingt - nicht möglich ist, ist das kein Problem - aber gleich bei drei (nicht außergewöhnlichen) Drinks finde ich das schon ewtas fragwürdig ;)

This was my second time staying at Motel One and I will continue to stay with you on future visits and recommend it to others as well. They helped make a stressful trip into a very comfortable experience. I got in late and realized I had accidentally booked my stay for the following night. Lucky they had one last room available and they were able to book it for me at the same price and refund my previous room. The service was kind and professional - this chain is the best value for money I’ve seen with great facilities. 10/10 rating from me for sure!

Zimmer im Motel One sind sehr standardisiert, man weiss also vorher, was man bekommt - das Bett in Ordnung, das Bad ebenso, aber leider keine Kofferbank o.ä., was eigentlich selbstverständlich sein sollte.

Top Lage zentral und ruhig. Zwischen 2 S-Bahn Bahnhöfen gelegen. Am Schloss Bellevue gelegen. Der Hauptbahnhof befindet sich zu Fuß in 10Minuten entfernt. Ansonsten Motel one Standard. Man sollte aber Bedenken, das die S-Bahn direkt vor der Tür vorbei fährt.
