The hotel was on an average. The toilet commod was in broken condition and water geyser location was awkward. I observed that the on board charges of the hotel room was less than that i had paid on the make my trip.

I have been this place for some personal work and stayed in ms g hotel. It is own by an organization dera sac-ha i sauda. I like it. Room was clean and bathroom was good. They have veg food which was great. You can surely enjoy the stay with family and children.

Propertysis located comparatively nearer to railway station than airport. Our deluxe room was neat and clean. Room service is also good but can be better. They don't have lunch/dinner option but breakfast was delicious.

Very comfortable rooms. Hot water is available 24 hrs. Bathroom is made of full amenities. Size very comfortable. Specially food quality is very delicious. Net and clean hotel. 4th star facilities available in this hotel. Services very fast. Room size is big. Matress is very comfortable. Nearest to railway station. Good location hotel is in madhapar, staff is always ready to help. Good fascilities as per claims. The cleanliness of the rooms was spotless. That’s something i always notice, because as a maid i have an eye for such things, and know where exactly to look to see whether the room really was cleaned properly. The place was well-managed, with great attention to detail. We havent taken food at hotel because of our schedules so no comments on food.

Pro: the main receptionist shri jitubhai is the asset of the hotel. He is very attentive and cooperative. He rendered very good service to our family. The staff is also cooperative. Rooms are in good condition and we took rest with comfort. We two families visited the hotel in this week and happily stayed there. Cons: parking facility is not available in the premises of the hotel. But, adequate parking is available on the road under cctv coverage of the hotel. It was not a big issue for us. Minor repairing is required in fixtures such as the cupboard, exhaust fan lamp on the mirror. Which is necessary but not much affected our comfort. The a hotel is situated in semi crowded area of the city but easily reachable. Seight seeing details are not displayed anywhere in the hotel. Though, we were assisted by jitubhai and the staff verbally very well. Their rates for accommodation is found a little bit higher than normal.
