Very clean and comfortable hotel, had a good night sleep here. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and the all you can eat breakfast was excellent! Would recommend.

The front desk staff was kind and enthusiastic, and gave me a lot of help. It made me feel very warm in Birmingham. The room facilities were also complete, and there was a capsule coffee machine.

I stayed here before and had a great stay but this time I noticed the bathroom was not cleaned properly. I cleaned the bath myself only to find the water wasn’t that hot. Everything else was great and my previous stay was perfect so not sure what happened this time

Great hotel in a good location close to bars restaurants on broad street. Very clean rooms and customer service was excellent all reception staff were great and extremely friendly.
Will definitely stay again on our next trip to Birmingham

Wifi connection is not stable enough. Carpark space could be expanded will be perfect.
