Genel anlamda ihtiyaça cevap verecek şekilde tasarlanmış.
Kısa süreli ara konaklamak için kullandığımız bir hoteldi ama ev konforu sunmaya yönelik möbleli bir apartman dairesi konseptinde tasarlandığı için biz pek kullanmadık. Temizlik fena değildi ama daha iyi olabillrdi. Denize yakın değil ve kahvaltı çeşitleri çok limitliydi.

Otel çalışanları güler yüzlü ve çözüm odaklı insanlardı. Ancak yönetimsel olarak ilginç olduğunu düşündüğümüz bazı olaylarla karşılaştık. Örneğin;
Rezervasyon sayfasında “ücretsiz çay kahve” yazıyor. İlk gün giriş yaptığımızda masamızda iki adet kahve bulunuyordu. Ertesi gün kahve alabilir miyiz diye sorduğumuzda sadece ilk gün girişte verildiğini, resepsiyon tarafından para karşılığı verileceği söylendi. (Verilen kahve 2 tl lik nescafe gold)
Oda temizliği berbattı. Oda içerisinde bardak, tabak, çatal vs vardı. Doğal olarak kullandık ve yıkama ihtiyacında bulunduk. Ancak yine hem bulaşık makinası için tablet hem sünger ve sabun bulunmuyordu. Sorduğumuzda bunların da resepsiyondan para ile verilebileceği söylendi.
Temizlik konusuna ek olarak, oda girişimiz bahçe kapısından yapılabiliyordu. Bu kapının önünde de bize ait bir balkon ve masa sandalye vardı. Açık bir alan olduğu için çiçek ve ağaç yaprakları, kediler, kedilerin yakaladığı böcekler, öbek öbek kedi kılları 1 hafta boyunda bu alanda birikti. Ancak her gün oda temizliğine gelen kişiler, odaya girmek için bu alandan geçmelerne ramen asla temizlemediler. Sadece ama sadece yatak örtüsünü toplayıp geri çıktılar. Sanırım faraş ı da kendimiz getirmeliydik…
İşim gereği çok sık seyahat ediyorum. Çok daha ucuz ve alt seviye otellerde konaklamam gerekebiliyor. Bu kadar güler yüzlü çalışanların olduğu ancak bu kadar ilginç bir sistemi olan bir otelle ilk defa karşılaştım. Bir daha asla konaklamam.

I am very disappointed in this hotel because of the rooms, the furniture is very old, the room smells like mold and there is so much dust in the ventilation. I am also disappointed about food, for one week you almost have the same things, not all the food tested good and i recommend to change the chef, some of the deserts were not fresh at all.

I had a delightful stay at the Dorman Suites Hotel and wholeheartedly recommend it to future guests.
1. Staff & Service: The staff were exceptionally friendly and quick in their assistance. It’s evident they prioritize guest satisfaction
2. Food: Breakfast was a highlight. The Turkish cheese and kaymak paired with honey were standouts. Additionally, the menu boasted a vast selection of Bodrum specialties, pizzas, snacks, and drinks.
3. Ambience: The presence of many charming cats and kittens adds to the hotel’s unique character. They’re generally well-behaved, but do be mindful if you’re dining near the pool.
4. Room: Our suite was comfortable and each room was separately air-conditioned, though the shower could benefit from slight improvements.
5. Location & Amenities: Nestled atop a scenic hill in Bitez, the beach is a mere 5-minute walk away. Nature enthusiasts will appreciate the nearby hiking trail with its hidden waterfront gems. For those looking to explore, a variety of restaurants and supermarkets are in close proximity. The city center of Bodrum is easily accessible by taxi, costing approximately 150-250 Turkish liras.
6. Facilities: The hotel boasts a pristine pool surrounded by sun loungers and tables. Conveniently, clean towels are available at reception.
