Asked for the manager 3 times and no response. They don’t care even if you are a Hilton diamond member. They clearly say they are a franchise and not a Hilton property. They charge $75 / pet : did not know this is a Hilton policy ?

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Waterstone Boca Raton Hotel and I must say, it was a truly wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly helpful and provided timely assistance throughout my stay. One aspect that truly stood out was the hotel’s delightful ambiance, thanks to its captivating art collection. The artistic touches created a relaxed and inviting atmosphere, making my stay even more enjoyable. It was refreshing to be surrounded by such creative beauty. Moreover, the hotel’s location was a major highlight. Being just a few minutes away from the beach made it incredibly convenient for me to soak up the sun and enjoy the sandy shores. The proximity to the beach added an extra layer of allure to my stay at Waterstone. The rooms were well-appointed, offering comfort and a sense of tranquility. The attention to detail in the room decor was evident, and the amenities provided catered to all my needs. The cleanliness and tidiness of the accommodations were top-notch, ensuring a pleasant and relaxing stay. The hotel staff consistently went above and beyond to make my experience memorable. The rooms were priced perfectly. The staff was pleasant to talk to especially Raymond. Please remember to speak w/ him when you arrive, and the views were amazing. The only words that come to mind are ”BEST HOTEL EVER”. In the words of Arnold Schwarzenegger, ”I'll be back”.

Nada que acotar, ya había estado alojado en ese establecimiento, sólo que en 10 días, solo hicieron limpieza un día, el resto todo bien

I was really disappointed with this hotel. They took the time to leave me a note to welcome me but did not take the time to make sure the room was clean. I found a dirty sock by the bed. My poor disabled Mom was so upset. I am a Hilton employee. Makes us all look bad. The breakfast attendant was not. The maintenance man got me a muffin. I tipped him. The property seemed ok. Only 1 elevator worked so the wait was20 minutes to come and go on the 2nd floor. A whole family got off so we could get on. They took the stairs. They have a beautiful water scene in the lobby. Maybe they should sell it to have enough money to fix the other elevator. Plus equiste gym equipment. If they sold some of them to help with cost of the elevator. I think people would be ok with clean rooms and a working elevator instead of high priced extra items. I know my disabled family would.

Hotel is luxurious and representable but if you are going to park in the parking lot, just know your going to need to use your room card to get in and out of the parking lot. There will be a possibility that the card won’t work like it happened to me. We gave numerous of walks back and forth to get our parking ticket stamped in order to come out of the parking lot. Also in the room you would need to keep you card in a slot to keep the bathroom and hallway light on. In order to use the elevator you need to swipe your room key card as well. Unfortunately, this was only a 1 night at this hotel. And we had more headaches than any other we had stayed before. Hotel is nice and all but all the tech and going back and forth is not worth it.
