Nice enough hotel, but older but nicely updated and well maintained. Room was very comfortable. clean. Large bathroom. Very pleasant staff, super friendly. Not in the nicest part of town, it is a bit industrial, but easy access. The complementary breakfast is standard but passable.

Wonderful stay! Our room and bathroom were very cleaned. The front desk staff were very friendly, great check in and out! The breakfast was good and spotless. Great location and would stay again. Pool water was a little warm for us!

I came alone for 3nts & was there for a funeral to sleep only, which I didn't. Their "foam" pillows are the same firmness as their feather. Quite the neck ache. The staff was really nice but, apparently, the hotel is changing ownership & they haven't renovated in awhile. So that explains the loose wall heating/air unit that hummed all night & was never the right temp. There was tons of construction people there. The sheets & pillow cases didn't smell fresh-not sure they had been changed from last guest. Upon check out I was asked if I enjoyed my stay, I said not really. 5hrs of sleep a night either cold or hot so she wanted to have someone call me. I called the next day asking how I could've reserved better, asked about reno dates or pillows. Hillary the GM was like, you should've said something while you were here. She acted like I wanted something free-waste of my time. Marriotts are usually a sure thing..

I stayed at this hotel for 15 nights total. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good; hot, fresh AND complimentary. The room was very nice. I stayed in a basic king room for my entire stay, it was clean and comfortable. The only thing I would say is the AC was a little cold, but the staff worked with me to fix it quickly and gave me extra blankets and some water for the inconvenience. This hotel is an older hotel, but the staff service really makes up for any shortcomings. Definitely recommend this hotel. Hopefully I’ll get the opportunity to stay here again in the future.

The rooms are so clean and it is so quiet and everybody is so nice highly highly recommend this hotel! Hillary was a doll and very charming and made us feel at home and really appreciate the water with cucumber at the entry and they seem to really take care of their guests! My family loves to vacation in Boerne and we have a lot of family get together’s I highly recommend the Fairfield!

We had a wonderful stay at the Boerne Fairfield inn. We can’t say enough about Keagan at the front desk. Keagan was incredibly professional, welcoming, and couldn’t have been more helpful. Keagan reminds us as to why we always stay at Marriott hotels. The rest of the staff was incredibly pleasant and helpful as well. The breakfast was great, the rooms were very clean, and the area is quiet. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Nice hotel stay and very helpful staff! The hotel is right off I-10 so easy access to get into San Antonio without the hassle. We stayed for 4 nights and had great accommodations in Boerne. The pool was so refreshing after being in the humid weather

I have traveled a lot in the last 30 years, but the Fairfield Inn at Boerne Texas has been one of the most wonderful experiences. Dealing with Hillary and Nick and other employees was a great experience very very accommodating to my needs. I had to change the reservation and they were excellent!! Bed was comfortable, breakfast was great, needed more towels happened in minutes I have nothing but good things to say, I highly recommend this place. What a blessing!! Oh, by the way, the coffee was awesome!
