Although the weather in Bogotá is cool, the room was hot and the windows did not open. The good thing was that I reported it and they provided me with a fan.

My reservation did not “appear” in the Hotel's system, although I had made it with Hotels and it was prepaid, the hotel did not have it.
Finally they assigned me a smaller room than the one I had reserved.
The service is terrible.
The room did not have air conditioning.
There was no coffee for the in-room coffee maker.
There was no water in the room to drink.

It was nice and clean. Staff were very nice. Safe place. There was not much around the hotel. So we did not walk.
