Really enjoyed my short stay at Hab Hotel. Arrived early in the morning and was able to get a room in 10 minutes. Staff was really polite and helpful. The atmosphere in the hotel is very cozy, cool, stylish. The music in hotel - top👍🏼 Lunch at Hab cafe was delicious. I would like to come back and experience this hotel once again. Regards, Natàlia

The rooms need some care. Shower pressure, what pressure? The water dribbles out of the showers. The curtains also caused problems getting stuck from time to time, meaning we couldn't enjoy our lovely views. In addition the TV is the same as the ones you'd find in a budget hotel, not smart and tiny. Not ideal when you want to relax after a day of exploring. It also doesn't help that the hotel doesn't allow for more than one key per room. The location however is great. You're walking distance from Zona G, a safe neighbourhood with an abundance of excellent restaurants. This hotel's saving grace however is a young staff member named Christian! Always greeting each guest with a smile and remembering everyone's name. Christian went above and beyond, I even felt bad going up to him with my complaints which he seemed to have remedy for almost instantly. In fact the same could be said for all the staff.

Desde mi llegada a este hotel no he podido percibir la más mínima amabilidad de parte de el personal de recepción de el hotel sin excepción alguna Iniciando desde mi llegada después de un largo viaje fuimos recibidos por un autómata que solo es capaz de ver la pantalla del ordenador y no de dar respuestas coherentes a clientes . Soy miembro de IHG el programa de lealtad que ampara a su hotel siendo está la primera vez que he percibido sólo evasivas , respuestas incoherentes y falta total de cortesía . Desde el día uno pregunte por los beneficios que me da el grado obtenido de lealtad y se me informó que mi reserva había sido hecha con puntos y que además el hotel estaba lleno ! Me pregunto yo si los puntos de lealtad en este hotel no son bien recibidos no deberían aceptar reservas bajo esta modalidad . En cualquier hotel que nos hemos hospedado con mi familia como mínimo recibimos botellas de agua de cortesía , se me informó que esa no era política del hotel . El colmo fue el día de hoy hace unís minutos que llame a recepción solicitando me enviaran 4 tuallas y papel higiénico y la respuesta que recibí me dejo perplejo: que el hotel estaba lleno y que podían atender mi petición hasta las 10 am Porque el hotel se encontraba lleno . Este es un problema administrativo ya que di tienen una capacidad instalada de x número de personas deben será capaces de atender las necesidades de los clientes . Otra situación incómoda fue el día de ayer que ordene comida a el hotel y deseaba que me cambiaran unos billetes de pesos colombianos por otros de menor denominación al que parcamente se me respondió que ellos no efectuaban ese tipo de servicios Creo que en todos los hoteles manejan algún fondo de caja chica . In 14 years of traveling internationally, I have never been treated in such a rude manner. When I came here I told them that I was allergic to certain chemicals in cleaning, such as bleach. For the first week everything was fine, then the cleaner Cindy decides to use chemicals in my room, I came back and got a terrible reaction, then they changed my room, and all the sheets they put on the bed in the new room were stained or dirty or stank. I had to get them to change it six times to find clean sheets. Each time Cindy got angrier and angrier. She had no problem with me sleeping on dirty sheets. Then the new room they put me in was above the kitchen in restaurant so I could not sleep because of the noise starting at 7am finish at 10pm. Then they say they would air out the first room and I could go back in the next day, instead they put another guest in there. The next day after that guest had left the room, it still stank of chemicals -as they did not even clean it or open the window in the bathroom- (where the only air is) they left it filthy from the last guest, ( have photos) Cindy lied that she cleaned it (even though there previous guests towels were still hanging in the room, and she was very rude to me. She was angry that I communicated to the Management what was going on so she became malicious. Then the other cleaner Alejandro purposely took my sheet off my other bed in the noisy room and left me with no sheet. Then the receptionist Stephanie laughed in my face for five minutes when I complained, she then came up to my room and got a sheet and got me to help her put it on the bed even though I'm a paying guest (This was at 5pm after waiting all day for my room) I said the sheet was dirty, she got angry and went and got another, this one was also dirty and stank, so I said softly to her that this was also dirty, and she got so angry and just walked out of my room and ignored me. When I came back from the restaurant she left me locked outside for 15 minutes and did not open the door. Another guest who had just arrived was waiting to. It's 9pm and she will not give me a sheet. Do not stay here if you are a ”gringo” they treat you like an animal as they will not treat you in an equal manner if you do not speak Spanish perfect. I speak some Spanish but none of them ever slow down their Spanish so I can understand. They just speak super quick, with no care, also not one speak a word of English. (which is ok, but they could be patient with Spanish). And if you are in the middle of communicating at reception and a Latino comes up they will just ignore you in the middle of the sentence and talk them. I have traveled all over the world and without doubt Stephanie and Cindy are the worst staff I have ever seen at any hotel I have ever stayed at anywhere in the world. Bottom line is I just wanted to pay for a clean, quiet room, which is the purpose of a hotel. They seemed to have forgotten that.

The junior suite is exactly as shown on the website. Large, comfortable, clean, great view and satisfying to stay. Housekeeping did a good job keeping me happy the entire week with my requests for extra towels, body lotion and so on. You just email the front desk and so they answer your needs. One lesser point is that the room as no heather nor ac. February is rather chilly so I required an extra blanket. I will keep this in mind on my upcoming visit in April. The lobby area needs a good paint job. Very satisfied with the pick up service at Dorado airport and the same driver took me to all my appointments during the week. Restaurant offers a very good breakfast which was included and I had dinner on 4 nights. Delicious filet mignon, another type of steak and one fish souper. Olga my server was excellent and gave advice on what wine to choose. Nice person and I hope to meet her again. The spa is closed and the hotel does not offer gym facilities.

The room is big, the bathroom is big, the view outside the window is great, the breakfast is good, there are many Chinese people living here, it should be a good choice...

This hotel and staff were the most kind, courteous, helpful, clean and family oriented - I mean they make you feel like family! I have spent many nights in hotels because of my line of business in real estate and I have NEVER loved a hotel experience like my ten days at this hotel. I never write reviews, good or bad. You cannot go wrong here. Tourists will understand when I say that feeling safe is a must, especially in another country. In the room there was a personalized safe to keep your valuables secure and the staff NEVER enter your room unless directed by guests. The rooms are spotless and fresh smelling, the staff is the hardest working, going beyond with every request - completely and always. This hotel was also the cleanest and best stocked with any amenity needed. My partner and I enjoyed the sanitized saunas, jacuzzis and gym - permitting us to create special long lasting memories! Come to Bogota and stay at this hotel; you will thank me. ＜3 We hope to stay here again, very soon. Some of the staff was very professional and friendly. Unfortunately, other staff was quite rude. For example, when I asked the gentleman at the front desk to copy my vaccine cards, he practically snatched them out of my hands without saying a word. After handing me my copies, he began to walk away while my cards were still sitting in the copy machine. I politely asked for ”mis tarjetas, por favor.” He walked back over, still silent, and I said simply, ”Esos son importantes.” He chuckled under his breath but still said nothing as he handed the cards back. It was as if he simply had no interest in bothering with them unless I asked. Then, after I paid for the copies, he went to look for my change (1,000 pesos). He then told me in an irritated tone that they didn't have any change. I simply said, ”No es importante.” Throughout the whole interaction, he acted very rushed and inconvenienced, as if I was imposing on him, and he never offered the slightest apology for forgetting my vaccine cards or not having any change. (They were not busy at the time; there were two people working behind the counter and no other guests in line. At least the other fellow was professional, unlike his colleague.) I'm aware that my Spanish is still at an intermediate level; however, if you're going to work in the hotel industry (down the street from the airport, in a capital city, no less), the least you could do is show some courtesy to your guests. (We don't have to speak Spanish to pick up on your passive aggressiveness.) Also, when I arrived there were no towels in the room. It took three requests over about 35-40 minutes to get some. Everyone I talked to seemed very professional and intent on taking care of it, but somehow no one delivered until the third attempt. It was surprising, actually, because the room was immaculate and perfectly made up, except for having no towels of any kind. I enjoyed my dinner a lot, and the lady who waited on me was gracious and patient when conversing with me in Spanish. The restaurant took a few minutes to find, as there are two buildings, each with their own lobby, and the fellow at reception who checked me in didn't mention anything about the restaurant.
