The man that checked us in was rude, condescending and a male chauvinist. He looked up my name and immediately told me there’s no reservation in my name and there’s nothing he can do for me. After a while he checked under my boyfriend’s name and found it, then completely ignored me and only spoke to him. There was no water pressure in the shower and the toilet didn’t flush. The pillows made a weird crunchy noise and were uncomfortable. We found an old coffee cup wedged into the filter of the pool. The front desk staff weren’t very friendly. Overall it was not a good stay for our vacation. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Rethink staying here as we had lots of cockroaches in our room. This should not be something that we should be encountering.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, but the facility could use some TLC. The towels in our room were pretty worn and stained, and the comforter had burn holes in it. On the bright side, the breakfast was decent (what you would expect for continental breakfast), and the hotel is in a really convenient location.

Originally given room 119 king suite hot humid covered in bugs and a smaller room. Bugs were coming through windows AC all over walls and carpet. I believe my stay should be refunded.

Nice stay! The property was clean, lobby nice, breakfast area clean and bright, the room was clean and comfortable. The pool area was nice...great view, clean pool. The woman serving breakfast was very sweet and thoughtful.

Staying multiple days so booked a Suite a month ahead so could have a first floor, pool/lake view. Got a second floor, parking lot view. A/C in bedroom barely cooled. Had to buy a floor fan at Walmart to be comfortable. Lid on in room coffee maker broken. Breakfast variety was good. Quality under Wyndham has fallen since our last stay.
