I didnt get a review via email but I will say there are certain staff members at this hotel that are over the top. Chelsea, Holly, Robert, Danny, and Amie... I grabbed a few names during my stay of the staff that was over the top. It was my second visit to this property for work and the meeting room was taken care of they were great as far as checking in on us and making sure everything was set up. Some other names along the way for great staff members being so helpful the drivers Dave. I watched a flight attendant simply be rude to Tim a shuttle driver and he was graceful about her demanding attitude. Coming from a history as a flight attendant for 13 years I should have gotten her badge number and reported her. She had no business treating your driver like that under any circumstance since she was running behind not him. Other names of the great staff I encountered on my second visit are Lisandro, Zan, Ballout, Edie, Even the breakfast staff was amazing Sharon and Nick. Each morning they greeted me and were so friendly during service. Kevrick is also a driver I encountered at night and very friendly. I travel for work and this staff is what makes this hotel so special and a great place to stay.

I woke up refreshed ready to kill the day after getting such a good night's sleep. The beds are amazing here! The rooms are clean. No traffic noice. But . . . I went downstairs to have breakfast only to find out there wasn't one. Yep. No food for you unless you pay. I entered the room where the food was and the lady said, ”8 dollars a person.” I asked to look at the food and it did look good, but it didn't look that good. I mean how good can hotel gravy be? The Bob Evans is just across the way. Needless to say, I passed and finally found the free coffee that they allow the passengers in steerage to have. Anyway, this is a lovely hotel and we'll probably stay here again because of the beds, but it's ridiculous to charge for breakfast. Just saying. Be the better hotel. Be the superior hotel chain. Heck, be kind. Nothing more to add. Well, one more thing. Cleaning staff needs to shut up in the halls outside guest rooms.

Service is very good, because I missed the flight, and also allowed to return to the check-in meeting, very good

I love the location of the hotel. The King room was just subpar - the bed (mattress) was awful. I would recommend upgrading the mattresses. The cleanliness was just average, not dirty but not spotless as I had expected. A microwave in the room would have been beneficial. The desk staff was polite but not very informative or displaying a true genuine desire to assist guest. One of the housekeepers I encountered in the hallway, even though she did not speak English, went out of her way to assist me with towels, by using an app on her phone to translate what I said to her, now that was commendable. For the Marriott, I think you can just add some guest perks and upgrades in the room. The Shower by way is the best accommodation to the room.

Nice and helpful staff. Shuttle service is good. The room contains everything you need. Happy with my stay. Had a great stay there. Location is a bit far from the airport - but what to complain when there is free shuttle? You cannot beat its price, especially when free breakfast is included.
