We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The service was exceptional, and every staff member was caring and incredibly friendly. We especially appreciated the beach staff and the excellent service they provided. The breakfasts, although not huge, offered a great selection and were just perfect for us. The rooms were always clean, with no reminders needed. There were also fun activities for the kids, which was a nice touch.
A special thank you to Ben, who took great care of us. We also loved the small thoughtful touches the hotel provided, such as the beach bags and the Christmas tree photo opportunity—both of which were free and created wonderful memories for us.
I also want to highlight the fantastic work of the staff at the beach and by the pools. Ben, in particular, made a great impression by remembering the names of my children and frequently addressing them personally. Additionally, the ice cream and popcorn offered to both kids and adults was a lovely gesture that we truly enjoyed.
We had a wonderful time and will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends. I’m sure we will be back again.

The hotel is right at the White Beach beachfront in Boracay, an excellent location to enjoy everything the island has to offer. The sunsets are amazing! Service is fantastic and the staff really goes above and beyond to make the guests’ experience seamless and perfect.

Always a Pleasure to Return!
This was our second stay at Coast Boracay, and once again, it did not disappoint! From the moment we arrived, the staff’s warm hospitality made us feel like we were back home. The service is impeccable – everyone is so friendly and attentive, always going the extra mile to ensure our comfort. The location is perfect, right on the beautiful beach, and the facilities are top-notch. We left with wonderful memories and can’t wait to come back again. Coast Boracay truly sets the standard for exceptional service!

This hotel definitely deserves attention and the highest rating! Here you can feel the care of the staff every second, from arrival at the airport of Caticlan to departure. After a long night flight, it was so nice to relax and not think about anything, while the Coast staff takes care of all the issues with arrival at the hotel. They have their own boat and their own transport, so the transfer is very fast. We arrived at the hotel at about 11 am, our room was not ready yet, but they thoughtfully allocated a temporary room for us (thank you very much for the opportunity to relax there after the road). The wonderful Jony works on the beach, he prepares a place for towels, there is also an employee at the pool who brings pillows and water. Every day at about 5 pm mini-cakes are brought to the room. In general, the service here is unsurpassed!
Overall, I think that the hotel has an ideal location - at the second station, but a little away from all the partying and noise. It is about 10 minutes to D'mall. The beach is beautiful, but unfortunately we were unable to swim there due to strong winds and waves, we had to go to beaches on the other side of the island.
The rooms are small but ergonomic, everything you need is there. Two swimming pools in the yard. Wi-Fi is enough to sit on the phone, but for work, I think, it will not be very good. Breakfast until 10 o'clock is quite decent.
I definitely recommend COAST! It was a great experience that I want to repeat.

The reception staff in the lobby are friendly and they have their own boat and car. If you want to enjoy the special pick-up and drop-off service, it is recommended to stay in this hotel on the first and last day. It is very convenient.
