After a reservation that we unfortunately had to cancel due to COVID (with supporting medical certificate), Mr. Pierre Natalis, after negotiation, offered us a one-night credit on our next reservation. Happy to be able to go there once our COVID passed (twice, in fact, the first having gone more or less well), what was our disappointment when, on the morning of the second day, deafening work blocking access to the elevator and cluttering the apartment, forced us to leave the premises early. Having already (as surprising as it may seem) been debited from my bank account (without having, even to this day, received an invoice for any of the rentals made at the "Patio"!), I quickly contacted Mr. Natalis in the optical to obtain an apology or, at a minimum, a justification proving his good faith. After numerous exchanges, each response of which proved more humiliating and insulting than the previous ones, I find myself today without recourse, faced with the manifest desire of Mr. Natalis to let this situation continue. Apart from the privileged location of the place, a few surprises should be noted: - It was impossible for us to take advantage of the bathtub, its drain being missing - The breakfasts that Mr. Natalis often mentioned having graciously offered us were in fact included in the price (see the internal regulations displayed in the accommodation), but the yogurts were expired, and we had to share a banana between 4 adults. The screenshots of our exchanges are included in this review, so I will give everyone the freedom to form an opinion as to the good faith of the owner of the premises.
