Ideal area for discovering Bordeaux because the tram is just below the residence. It still has to be in operation, unfortunately this was not the case for us... restaurants and clubs in the surrounding area. Error on the reservation due to the intermediary reservation platform used by trip.com and unfortunately we were not able to have the apartment we wanted despite our reservation... the residence did not want to accommodate us or we had to add 90 €…not cool…. We didn't have breakfast because 15€ is rather expensive... Very practical parking but the residence is overbooked and there are not enough places left if you return late in the evening. Be careful to ask for the address of the parking lot because everything is one way and you cannot see it when passing in front of the residence.

Location of the hotel is good, tranway is just doorstep away and within walking distance to La Cité du Vin. Room is clean and spacious for familes of 2 adults and 2 kids. There is a cool rooftop bar on the 8th floor of the building.

Honestly, it's really great for the price. It's clean, modern and cozy, the breakfast is delicious and the staff accommodating and friendly. Special mention for the breakfast lady who is absolutely adorable, a real little mom! I arrived very sick at the hotel with a loss of voice, she made me recommendations for tea with honey to get better and every day heard from me until the day of my departure. A real sun, it warms the heart!

Nice clean apartment. Location close to the tram stop, you are quickly in the center.
Parking garage at the hotel is very nice. For 9 euros you can park there for 24 hours.

Cannot fault this aparthotel. We had a one bed apartment with a side view of the river. The apartment was perfect for two for a week. Nice big bathroom. Kitchen had everything we need as we only had our breakfast in the apartment. A plus was the nespresso machine. Everything was spotless. My only suggestion would be a chair for the bedroom. The location was perfect. Near a number of attractions and walkable along the river front to the centre of bordeaux. The river front is lovely with shops and cafes. Also must mention the handiness of the tram stop which is inly a two to three min walk from the hotel. Also the supermarket right next door is a big bonus. I highly recommend this aparthotel and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Ottima soluzione per visitare la città fruendo di un alloggio pulito e completo di ogni confort. Aria condizionata , pulizia , stanze ampie . Avevamo anche un angolo cottura ben equipaggiato anche se mai utilizzato ne nostro caso. Il bagno era nuovo con una doccia ampia. La cassaforte non era utilizzabile ma dopo aver segnalato il problema già il giorno dopo era stata sistemata. Se dovessi trovare per forza delle pecche direi solo la distanza dal centro (30/40 min a piedi ma con fermata del tram di fronte alla struttura) e la mancanza di pulizia quotidiana. Entrambe però circostanze già note al momento della prenotazione .
