We had a wonderful visit. We stayed from a Friday to Monday. The hotel staff was super nice and helpful. Our plane arrived at 8 am so we knew it was too early to check in. The staff kindly took our luggage and stored it for us. Luckily we were able to check in around noon. We headed to our room and it was adorable. We had a small issue with our hvac making a noise and as soon as we told the staff not even 10 mins someone was up to fix it. We could not have asked for a better hotel.

Though the customer service at the front desk was great, other things weren’t. When we arrived in our room, we immediately noticed gross stains on the lamp shades and walls. We had a lunchbox with a few snacks for our toddler and when we woke up found chewed holes from mice in the lunch box and multiple bags of food. The bathtub would fill during a shower and took about 20-30 minutes to empty afterwards. Half of the outlets in the room didn’t work. And Convenient for out of staters the breakfast area was closed. My fiancé and I agreed that it’s not worth saving money and from now on we are sticking with Marriott or Hilton!

The location of this hostel is amazing! I stayed there for two nights in a six bed female dorm. The sheets were fresh and the hostel clean. Looking at some reviews here please keep something in mind: This is a hostel with a lot of people going in and out. Boston is an expensive city and you can’t find hotels in that location for less that $300-400 a night during busy seasons. So while this hostel might seem expensive at first, it is relatively cheap in comparison to hotels. Also consider the taxes. My bed was $69 but after tax, membership and all, I came close to a $100. Also, you’ll be sharing a room. There will be people coming in and out….what else would you expect? Earplugs and eyeshades go a long way. People come to Boston for different reasons, so they won’t be on the same schedule as you! However I thought everyone did great sticking to the quite times from 11-7. The mornings can get busy using the bathrooms, so plan accordingly. I thought it was a really cool place where you could work to many sights! I am glad I stayed there and saved myself from getting expensive hotels. Instead I used the saved money to explore the city’s sights, great coffees and delicious restaurants! Great stay!

We stayed at this hotel over the HOC weekend and from the minute we arrived until we left a few days later, the staff were friendly, courteous and very helpful when we needed advice or extra roll-up bed etc. Rooms were clean and spacious with beautiful eclectic art work thru the hotel and rooms. The room facilities and other facilities are basically the same as the Wynn in Las Vegas, and they are also similar to those in Macau. Even the English on the toiletry box is bigger than the Chinese. This price is very good value for money for hotels of the same class in Boston. However, the hotel's food is inconvenient and there are many gamblers, which is a bit troublesome. The quality of front desk staff varies. The employees at the beginning were pretty good, but the employees you know later were much worse.

Our welcome was painless and friendly. There's an option for outdoor or underground garage parking - we parked in the garage and always found a spot by the elevator. Very safe! Complimentary breakfast was busy but easy and decent. I appreciate the hotel allowing me to receive a rate as a state employee. Employees at the front desk and breakfast service provided excellent service. The only downside was one of two elevators out of service, but this was a minor inconvenience and did not dampen our experience.

My wife and I stayed for four nights, as we used this centralized location to tour the surrounding environs of Boston, Plymouth, Quincy, and Cohasset. We had no trouble with check-in, or with our room. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities. We particularly liked that the bathroom sink was outside the bathroom which saved morning time for both of us. Only downside was the free breakfast; the entrees were basic stock items lacking taste and overall appeal; breakfast sausage patty was like a leather shoe. The coffee & tea setups were good. We found a great local breakfast/lunch eatery in Newcomb Farms less than four miles away. We'd stay again for the location and comfort, as we didn't come here to dine.

We stayed the night here after landing in Boston extremely late at night, and had a great night's stay. The hotel is conveniently located not too far from the airport, and offers free airport shuttles every half an hour. From the outside, the hotel appears a bit shabby, but don't let that fool you, this hotel is wonderful. When we arrived, a friendly front-door checked us in and answered our questions, and helped us find a restaurant that was still open for delivery. While the hallways were a bit outdated, all of the amenities were serviceable and worked smoothly. Our room was very comfortable and spacious; in particular, the couch was also surprisingly comfy. There's free parking, although ask at the front desk about a parking pass (and be careful not to park in the restaurant's spaces). Free breakfast was served between 6:00-9:30 AM, and included a very big spread (including scrambled eggs, waffles, cereals, and juices). This hotel is also among the more affordable of the hotels near the airport, so we definitely got a good deal for a comfortable stay. All in all, we will stay here again.

Bottom line: I stayed at this hotel for 5 days. It’s not great but also not terrible. I would stay again if it was only for a couple of days and it was less then $120/night. Some observations: The bed was old and squeaky. It was comfortable enough though. The pillows were of standard comfort for a hotel of this level. The tv cable system was utterly outdated. There was no guide function or even a paper that shows the stations and channel numbers. So you have to flip through channels one by one and changing a channel takes about 5 seconds to load. The decor and furniture was outdated but relatively clean. Some people on here mentioned that you should get a room close to the elevators if you don’t want to walk too much. But there are other entries all around the building that are locked. You need to insert your room keycard to unlock those doors. The problem though was that those outdoor card reader didn’t work about 70% of time. The buses: Apparently this is a very popular hotel for bus drivers. Tour buses are constantly parked all around the parking lot. It didn’t cause any real problems since the parking was so plentiful. However, having the buses constantly idling in the parking lot and coming and going all day long, it sometimes felt like I was staying at a bus station. The hotel is only a couple hundred yards from I-95. This caused some road noise at night. The solution to this problem is to turn on the Constant Fan feature on the AC as a sort of white noise (it’s not on the wall thermostat; rather you have to lift the lid of the actual AC to turn on this feature). The walls are thin. You can hear every time any neighbors flush the toilet, which was not particularly pleasant. The housekeeping was outstanding. It was provided every day, which was a pleasant surprise seeing as many hotels still only provide it every few days. They were very thorough in their cleaning and really did a tremendous job each day.

Four Points Wakefield MA has become my monthly go to hotel since June of 2022. I have made this my regular destination for work travel while staying in the Boston area for the week. This location is ideal for easy access to all major highways and my clients north and south of Boston. The main reason I keep coming back is because of their people, they are industry difference makers. Front Office Manager Ed, Steven, Mike, Alyssa in the restaurant and Nadia in Guest Services are some of the most exemplary staff I have ever encountered. Some of which have been come good friends. In walking distance to Four Points is Market Street, an upscale outdoor retail and dining masterpiece. Market Street has some of the best local restaurants in one place, to name a few of my regular favs...Davio's, Burton's and Legal C Bar. There is also an Apple Store if you in a tech pinch while on travel. I would highly recommend Four Points Wakefield for any short or longer term stay. It's has become my home away from home. Their new on-site gym will be ready soon, I can't wait! Keep up the great work Ed and Team you are all doing the right thing, thank you for making your Four Points a highly consistent and reliable place to stay. I look forward to seeing you all next week.
