I highly recommend this hotel! I stay at various hotels throughout the world and thoroughly enjoyed this hotel. Staff were attentive and respectful, room was spacious, bathroom was spacious for a city hotel, everything was clean and location was great for many sites, drivers and subway/metro. I’m originally from Boston and Hotel Indigo will be top on my list for return visits. Comfortable bed, easy air con to adjust, plenty of towels. I always clean items like the remote control, phone and light switches with sanitary/bleach wipes before using them. I didn’t notice any dirt when cleaning these items…credit to the hotel’s hard working cleaning team! Thanks to the front desk team for an easy early check in and a quick check out!

The hotel is not suitable for family travel. There are many bars downstairs and many drunk people. It is okay for young people to stay here when traveling.

My experience at this hotel was well worth it. The staff were really good and friendly. The location is conveniently located if you don’t mind 10 - 15 minute walks. If you do mind walking the train station is right across the street. The room was great. I would stay here again.

Being that is was a last minute stay on our trip we really didn't know what to expect. Only complaint we would have doesn't have anything do to with the hotel but the terrible traffic. Normal for any big city downtown.

Loved it. Ideally located in the west end right next to north station! You can get anywhere in the city from here. Close to everything. The staff was excellent, a special shout out to Edison, what a great employee, he made sure our stay was amazing! Rooms are new and clean, and unlike other area hotels, no issue with hot water or water pressure :)

This property has an exceptional location, exploring made easy due to this. Staff were friendly. Bathroom could have been better. Had breakfast at Blake’s food was great.
