The hotel is clean, the room service is friendly, the surrounding transportation is convenient, and shopping is also convenient. A very good experience. Although the room is not very big, it is clean and has complete facilities.

The owners were kind and professional. I did find a hair on my sheet from a head that certainly wasn't mine, which isn't that big of a deal but did ick me out a little. I had prepaid for a room with a shared bathroom for the floor and when I arrived, I was offered a room with a private bath for an extra fee. I didn't want to spend the extra money, but it would've been nice if they had offered it free seeing as it was empty anyway.

Don't know if it's just Boston or not but I shouldn't be needing to pay $165 for a broom closet because that's really how it is for a shared bathroom. I have stayed at a shared bathroom hotel in LA before for $105 a night and with a bigger room and cleaner bathroom with less restrictions. You have a lot of restrictions here related to sound and decorum etc. the size of the room is barely big enough to fit a cupboard, a chair and your folded out cabin bag. There's no per room temperature control which sucks a lot. No curtains, only blinds. Good thing I had gotten a sleeping mask otherwise I wouldn't have gotten enough sleep. I wouldn't recommend this. I would recommend spending those extra $40-60 a night and getting a normal hotel room like normal people expect.

3 nights booked. Walkable property. Good and safe neighborhood , but Not a good value for the price. Cold staff. It seems like “don’t bother me is written” on their forehead! Cleaning after 2 days and dirty towels removed are not replaced unless you go ask for clean ones.
