"The sunrise from the room was absolutely breathtaking. The food was pretty much the same as Casablanca, neither good nor bad, but since there aren't many great restaurants on Koh Larn, it was decent enough. The shower pressure was weak and only cold water came out, but they fixed it right away after I reported it."

The hotel is by the sea, but if you don't book a sea-view room, there's really no sea view. Hotels here are all called ”resorts,” which I assumed meant large resorts where you could eat, drink, and play without leaving the premises, but it's not. It's just a single room; there's nothing outside, and the village itself isn't very interesting. ”Homestay” would be a better translation. We booked for two days, and nothing much happened except today when we went to the beach across the island, which was boring, so we just lay around the hotel. The hotel didn't provide slippers or toothbrushes, only a double bed. When we asked for an extra blanket, they said they only had a regular blanket. It's unreasonable that they're so stingy with disposable items at this price."
