Beautiful modern villa at best location on Tawaen beach. The villa is clean and well furnished with everything u may needed there. Close to nature with small garden in front and at the back. U can feel and see the green all the time spending in this small villa. A Plunge pool is cool. It’s giving u a place to relax during the busy time of the beach. Breakfast was nice and served to the pool side. Walking distance to 7eleven and surrounded by eateries. Pick up and drop off to/from Nabaan Pier with buggy promptly (making a call once the boat departing from Balihai bay). Khun Noon was helpful and very responsive. She assisted to arrange activities with pick-up as well.

Location and price excellent. New owners so they are changing things. I think better mattresses and they must understand the competition from other places. For example wanted to charge 400baht for bike rental per day with fuel but almost all others are charging 300 baht

We stayed at this hotel for two days. The rooms were clean and had a refrigerator and kettle. There was a small shop nearby. The hosts met us and drove us to the pier. The hotel is a 15-minute walk from the pier.

Останавливались на одну ночь, все понравилось! Большие две кровати, прекрасный бассейн, все чисто. Ночью было очень тихо , выспались. Утром нам предоставили вкусный завтрак .  Доставили до тук-тук . Извиняемся что съели чипсы, и забыли оплатить. В следующий раз приедем к вам вернём долг ☺️. Депозит вернули без проблем. 

We stayed overnight on the island and booked quickly. It was convenient to get there from Na Ban. The bungalows/rooms were cozy and clean. For our family of 5, we took two double bungalows. We paid an extra 300 baht on-site for a mattress for our 6-year-old child. Within a 5-minute walk, there's a cafe where you pay 299 baht, get a grill, and can pick seafood from a buffet to cook yourself. We really enjoyed everything.

The room is clean, the facilities are very good, the service is good.

Reservation came with a motorbike which was fun to explore the island

This property wasn't exactly on the beach, but we hired a motorcycle from them and that made the trip extra special as we could venture around the whole island conveniently The room was quite clean however, I think the bathrooms could use a little touch up Mosquitoes was a frequent visitor in the rooms but understandably so because of the island surroundings and that is totally understandable I have a suggestion. They could improve the way. The window in the bathroom is designed so it's not to allow mosquitoes to fly in. The staff who maintained this property ”at the beach” were very helpful and informative. There was also a complementary pick up & drop Off from the pier to the property.

There wasn't any hot water, but we knew that beforehand. The bathroom really could use a more thorough cleaning. The mattress was firm, but to each their own. The view was great; we sat on the balcony every evening and enjoyed it. We'll come again. We liked it, especially for the price. The ants weren't an issue since we didn't leave food or drinks out.

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. The hotel is very tired, the plumbing is all dripping, the bed is very hard, but it doesn't matter because people come to the island to swim and relax on the beach. It's fine for just spending the night. There is also a small terrace near the room, where we ate in the morning and evening. It's convenient that it's not on the first line, not so noisy in the evening, but not far from the beach. We didn't take breakfast.
