Stayed for one night due to location during road trip .
They didn’t have the room type I booked on arrival.
Staff was very under trained and unprofessional. during check in they were on a phone call to another staff member.
I was on second floor which was not ideal as had very heavy bags and there was no lift (elevator) no help was offered.
Indoor pool was closed due to a leak in the ceiling. Which is a shame because that was the reason I booked this hotel.
Most expensive and worst hotel for my whole 3 month trip!

The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel on a whole was quite dirty. There was mold in the shower. The carpet in the room was sticky. There was a layer of dust on top of the blow dryer in the bathroom. The sheets were clean but that was about it

Hotel was dirty and our non smoking room smelt like smoke. Mold in the shower and there was hardly any hot water when showering. It just looked really run down and nasty. Breakfast was awful.

I had 2 rooms. Rooms had bed bugs and roaches. Staff changed us in different room and it had roaches also. We left and had to go to another hotel for the night. We have stayed at this facility several years and it was good. NEVER AGAIN WILL WE STAY HERE. They need to be shut down.

The room we booked was unsanitary
Mold all over the bath tub cushions on the couch was stained ! Carpet felt a bit damp !
We went to the desk and they gave us another room ! Bath tub had mold in it too ! The tubs coating was coming off ! Was unable to take a shower ! At checkout we made our dissatisfaction known to the clerk when we were telling her what was wrong she just nodded in agreement! If I could get my money back from them it would’ve been nice !!! They offered no recourse whatsoever! After reading others reviews this has been going on for quite sometime ! Never staying in a Wyndham hotel again!
