Chambers'n Charm Boutique Hotel

Absolutely horrifying services. The accommodation is a gem, rooms are a charm indeed. But the personnel and guests treatment has been a shock. I absolutely don’t recommend it exclusively due to the services (the hotel manager and employees have no notion of welcoming guests). Everything is overpriced, they don’t have too many things to offer as beverages but we are bot allowed with anything external, they serve only breakfast and allow you to order to specific restaurants (which eventually is just one) which brings food after 2h. Good food, luckily. Every request or question we had were treated with with pucking face. Too bad for the amazing rooms, really. It has a huge potential but essential things need to change there…

After I made an online reservation at property I received a phone call form a very very rude lady, I guess some manager, whom told me that I have to change the card I used because not all POS recive Revolut payments. Never heard this before. I used it all over the world. That lady's speech was completely disrespectful. we felt that she did not give a damn on our reservation. so I canceled. I'm sorry because I really wanted to get there but I never met such a lack of hospitality. even if the place seems super effective, they can't support the business of people who don't respect their clients. They should be really ashamed about this behavior!
