RRieskaStayed at Crowne Plaza Canberra and overall had a decent experience. The hotel is very clean, including the room and common areas, which we appreciated. However, the hotel does feel a bit dated, particularly the bathroom — the shower and bathtub would benefit from an upgrade.
The reception staff were friendly, polite, and professional, with smooth and efficient check-in and check-out. Breakfast was acceptable but had limited variety (see video).
The location is a plus, right in the city and next to Holey Moley and the entertainment arcade, making it convenient for families with kids. Overall, a clean and well-located hotel, though showing its age in some areas.

You have to make the line, to wait to be seated like it's a nightclub. Arriving at the restaurant, you will wait 20 minutes to have your morning coffee.
Another issue with the breakfast is that it is super expensive. I paid 22 AUD (more than 12 euros) for a plate with one waffle... Also paid a super high price for a plate of fruits...
Everything else is perfect. Hotel is beautiful, quiet, well located and the persons working at the reception are great! Polite, nice and ready to help!

HHARUKA HANAOKAThis accommodation was equipped with a kitchen, so I was able to cook my own meals during my stay. Cooking utensils and basic facilities were also provided, and I felt that it was very convenient for long-term stays and those who want to be particular about their diet. In addition, there are several supermarkets near the facility, so it is highly appreciated that fresh ingredients and daily necessities can be easily obtained. Thanks to this environment, I was able to live a comfortable and healthy life without relying on eating out.
The staff's response was also impeccable, and they were all uniformly polite and kind. It is worth noting that they responded quickly and sincerely to questions and requests, and I was able to enjoy my stay with peace of mind. In addition, the room I stayed in was kept very clean, and every corner was cleaned thoroughly. I could feel the attention to hygiene, and I was able to spend a comfortable time in a comfortable space.
The price was also very reasonable, and considering the quality of the service provided, I felt that the cost performance was extremely high. In addition, the location is excellent, and it is located in a very convenient place, especially for travelers who use the train. It is also easily accessible from the station, and it was an ideal environment for tourism and business.
Overall, it was a very satisfying stay with comfortable facilities, warm hospitality, and a great location. I would definitely like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

If you're taking a FlixBus, it's right next to the station, and also very close to the local bus stop and train station, making it super convenient to get anywhere. There are also plenty of different restaurants nearby, so you definitely won't go hungry – the only problem is deciding what to eat! (´▽｀)
Although the hotel isn't brand new, and the water sometimes cuts out briefly when showering at night, it has all the necessary facilities and a great location, so I'd still highly recommend it.

The village is not big, and the location is not very meaningful. The air circulation in the room is too poor, and the musty smell is obvious. The staff has a good service attitude! But the facilities are simple and shabby! Not recommended!

SsayedbhaiyyaaThe room was very small for three people, and the sink was broken. The room heater was malfunctioning, although the staff did come and manage to fix it. The attached washroom lacked shower curtains, which caused water to spill onto the floor. Additionally, the charging ports were too far from the beds. Overall, I was not satisfied with the stay.
