GGuest UserWe got a nice room with Harbour view which was nice. The room plus kitchen was excellent; we could cooked our dinner like we were at home. All essentials kitchen tools were there. The breakfast was great with friendly staff. The parking was a bit expensive: we paid about 50 CAD for parking for one night stay.😳

YYi Xiang ChengHotel was newly renovated and location is amazing. However the A/C unit in my room 521 operates very loudly to a point where it is tough to sleep through the noise. Also the noise spilling in from the adjoining room was also very loud due to poor noise isulation

ZZitounaWell located hotel close to amenities. Located on Princess Street, 15 minutes drive from downtown Kingston. Free parking available. Breakfast included. The hotel is clean, the bedding is comfortable, the room and bathroom are bright and spacious. The staff is generally welcoming apart from a lady at the reception. Good address for a stopover in Kingston.

BBrad 88One of the main reasons we booked this hotel was due the fact it showed two pools in the photos and description. Unfortunately, the port been filled in with no notice at check-in. Also, the two times you did use the pool we were left with no towels so that service could be better. Overall cleanliness is pretty good. Had I known the second pool is not available may affect my choice.

JJINCHAOThe room is about 28 square meters, two large beds, comfortable, clean and tidy, the facilities are relatively perfect, free Wi-Fi, staff service attitude is good, parking is open air parking lot, quite convenient. The variety of breakfast is ok, and it is quite satisfactory! PS: I encountered two hares on the grass next to the parking lot!

AA TrefzgerPerfect location, lovely room and very clean. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise and the dining area was bright and pleasant. I had asked for a desk and ended up with a corner room , a lovely view of the harbour and a spacious kitchenette. The staff were always friendly, and helpful when I needed to go to a pharmacy.

GGuest UserThe room is very large, the hotel booked by the customer is not cheap, breakfast is not included, the price is not cheap, the price doubled on Friday and Saturday, and there are not many people staying. The price is not high. I am not sure when to check out on the last day. When I go back at night, I received two nights' room rate. Said that I didn't tell them to continue to live, I couldn't understand this logic at all, the experience was not good, the invoice asked them to send the mailbox, every time they had to remind, when they checked out, they specifically said to confirm the mailbox, or made a mistake.

Would have rated their service level higher if we could have been allowed to check in just 1 hour earlier than the standard 3pm (instead we were told that it would cost us $40 for early checkin).

GGuest UserVery satisfied with the hotel overall. 1. The reception is warm and friendly. 2. The hotel interior and toilet facilities have been recently renovated. 3. The free breakfast is very rich, and the waiter guides and answers questions next to it. In short, I feel very good!
