GGuest UserThis hotel is amazing. The whole house is smart. Xiaodu will do everything for you just by lying on the bed and talking. The room is spacious and bright. Every facility is carefully designed and the details are meticulously reflected. I am very satisfied with the clothes hangers. I can hang my coats and sweaters on them. There is still plenty of space. The slippers are of good quality and have thick soles. The children especially liked the robot service here, and they even ordered takeout to experience the fun of having the robot deliver it to the room. I will definitely choose this hotel again when I come to Anshan next time.

3300475****This time, I stayed at the newly opened ”Shan Na Bian” (On the Other Side of the Mountain), nestled in a valley with an exceptionally good environment and fresh air.
**Facilities:** This is a hot spring hotel that just opened in late September, so all the facilities are brand new. The indoor space is ample, featuring both indoor and outdoor hot spring pools, an electric toilet, wireless charging, and electric curtains, among other amenities.
**Hygiene:** Cleaning was prompt and thorough, and the indoor areas were spotless. The indoor hot tub was clean. If you prefer, you can also request a re-cleaning of the tub right before you use it, under your supervision. However, since the glass doors to the courtyard open wide, some insects might get in, which is probably unavoidable and up to personal tolerance.
**Environment:** The hotel's setting is excellent, located in a valley with incredibly fresh air. Soft background music is played constantly, which is very relaxing.
**Service:** The hotel staff are all very enthusiastic and polite, regardless of their role. Special shout-outs to the old master who looks after the deer and the staff member who takes care of the capybaras. The hotel's late-night diner and breakfast were also very good.
