GGuest UserThe two beauties at the hotel front desk were so nice. They upgraded my room for free. Their service attitude was really great. The room has a smart system. Before I stayed there, I read some online reviews saying there was no hot water for showering and no air conditioning. I want to say, really, they have everything. It was a really good stay experience. It's very cost-effective, cheap and good!

The location of the hotel is the biggest highlight, close to the station, whether it is driving or going out to play, travel is very convenient, saving a lot of commute time.
The overall accommodation experience is good, the room environment is clean and tidy, the sanitary condition is satisfactory, and the sound insulation effect is very good. It is very quiet at night, there is no external noise interference, and the quality of sleep is guaranteed.
However, there are two obvious shortcomings. First, parking is extremely inconvenient. I found it for more than 20 minutes before and after, and finally I can park the car more than 600 meters away. It is very troublesome to carry my luggage back and forth. The second is that the room arrangement is wrong. I obviously booked two projection rooms, but actually gave one, and the other became an e-sports room. The parents were looking forward to relaxing with the projection, but they didn't get the wish, and they were somewhat disappointed.
If parking and order performance issues can be improved, the overall experience will be much better.

Llsyqct房間環境整潔乾淨衞生，淋浴間水温及花灑壓力都還好，可酒店位置臨近主要街路，所以晚上過往車輛的噪聲或多或少會影響正常睡眠。但存在的主要問題有五：一是淋浴間空間極限小，我身高一米七二，體重70公斤，因空間狹窄無法彎腰都無法沖洗小腿；二是“温泉”出水壓力過小，約1.5*1.2泡池面積，如蓄水30cm高得需要二小時；三是對“温泉”水質可疑？因為“温泉”水質清澈透明毫無滑膩感；四是“温泉”出水温度低，甚至在二小時的蓄水後期竟然出的水是涼水温度（這樣的温泉水我真有點懷疑人生而無語了），所以泡池水的温度衹能維持在約37～39度之間；五是因為泡池蓄水需要較長時間，所以大部分住宿客人，在半夜三更開始向泡池蓄水，而“温泉”水管出水噪聲嚴重影響正常睡眠。今年9月中下旬，我曾在承德格林豪泰雙塔山酒店入住過，酒店環境、服務、早餐等體驗感都很不錯。所以本次也選擇了格林豪泰，但此次因不盡如人意而滿滿的失落感。希望酒店能加強改進吧！

This time, the room was also larger. There was still a bit of a smell, but it was fine with ventilation. The front desk resolved the issue quickly and provided good service. They also provided breakfast, which was very good and included coffee. It was very clean. Overall, I was very satisfied and stayed another night!
