酒店位置優越，出行遊玩、吃飯都很便利。客房打掃得一塵不染，床品柔軟舒適，洗漱用品齊全。工作人員熱情有禮貌，有問題都能及時幫忙解決，入住體驗極佳，強烈推薦，整體環境超出預期，大堂大氣整潔，房間空間寬敞，採光很好。衞浴設施好用，熱水供應穩定，夜晚安靜不嘈雜。價格實惠，物超所值，已經收藏，下次再來。

設施齊全，衞生乾淨整潔有序，服務周到，提供送早餐以及提醒，用的是華為的全屋覆蓋路由，燈光設計合理，不會讓我眩暈，房間安靜，可能是風大，感覺窗户有異響，中央空調系統做的比較好，洗漱間排水做的感覺也挺好，不堵水，宴會廳是戰友給孩子定的歲宴，飯菜乾凈衞生，菜量大，好吃，服務人員服務好，唯獨包房衞生有點味道，希望改進，還有就是讓阿姨把拖布一定好好洗一洗，瓷磚非常黏，每年我都會去鎮賚 3 次左右，是為了看我戰友，我也會常常光臨南湖大酒店，希望酒店越做越好

在鎮賚這個地方本來有間飛翔酒店這樣檔次的酒店應該是不錯的，然而在退房時卻遇到讓人非常不愉快的事情，現在許多酒店都沒有查房這個程序的，而飛翔有，且非常慢，碰巧我們同行有個不小心碰爛了一個玻璃杯（估計也就5元以下的品質），前台説要賠16元，好吧，就賠16元吧，雖感不爽，因為這個杯子從台上掉在台上，也就10公分不到的高度就粹了。所以略有微詞，我們賠了錢，前台工作人員還在拖延，感覺是故意放慢，最後才肯退回按金。希望酒店今後不要這樣待客。這種酒店管理我們是不會再住的，也不會推薦。
