Changsha Hotels with Free Breakfast

I stayed in Changsha for three nights, and overall, it was a good experience. What left the deepest impression were a few small details, which I'd like to highlight. First, the front desk is staffed 24 hours a day. One night, I returned after midnight and found my key card demagnetized. The staff member at desk #6 immediately helped me resolve it without any sign of impatience. Second, the toothbrushes provided in the room were soft-bristled, not the stiff kind that hurt your gums, which many hotels fail to offer. Third, on my second day, it happened to rain. Before I left, the front desk proactively asked if I needed to borrow an umbrella, which was also free. Fourth, I had to catch a high-speed train on the day of checkout, so I left my luggage at the front desk. When I returned to pick it up in the afternoon, I noticed that the front desk staff had been keeping an eye on it. My suitcase hadn't been moved around, and they even reminded me to check for any forgotten items. Individually, these small things might seem insignificant, but together, they make you feel that this hotel genuinely puts effort into what they do, which naturally elevates the overall experience.

This stay far exceeded my expectations! The overall design is very aesthetic, and every detail in the room shows thoughtful touches, creating a wonderful ambiance. The bedding and pajamas, in particular, were incredibly comfortable, and the toiletries were top-notch! The host was exceptionally attentive. Before check-in, they sent detailed instructions and thoughtfully recommended local authentic eateries and sightseeing routes. They maintained a perfect balance – not intrusive but always available when needed. It felt like a relaxed home away from home. The food was delicious and exquisite. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Changsha!

When I first saw the name 'Xiangjiang Hotel' online, I thought it would be an older, more traditional style of accommodation. However, my stay completely exceeded my expectations. The hotel has a charming retro ambiance, and I found it to be very clean, tidy, quiet, and incredibly comfortable. It's also a great spot for taking photos! What truly stood out was the personalized butler service; it was exceptionally warm and thoughtful. On my first night, I checked in at midnight, and even at 2 AM, customer service was promptly responding to my WeChat messages. For any needs in the room, they'd reply instantly, showing incredible attention to detail and care. The mini-fridge, tea, and toiletries were replenished immediately. After my first night, I extended my stay without hesitation the next day. I'm sure I'll choose to stay here again on my next trip to Changsha.

The guesthouse itself was quiet and peaceful, with excellent natural light and ventilation. It was fully furnished with all the necessary appliances, making daily life very easy. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, providing clear check-in instructions and prompt replies to any questions. The location is excellent, close to dining and shopping, with complete amenities nearby. The value for money far exceeded my expectations; it felt as comfortable as home. This will be my first choice for accommodation whenever I'm in the area again. I sincerely recommend it to anyone traveling.

The hotel environment is very good. The hotel is located in the Desqin business district. Next to the night market, the geographical location is very good, parking is also convenient, there are many delicious foods. It is not far from the high-speed rail station and it is very convenient. The room is clean and hygienic. The service attitude of the front desk ladies Jiaojiao and Xiao Liu is good. I like this hotel very much

The hotel boasts a great location, convenient parking, and clean, tidy rooms with beautiful night views! The breakfast selection was plentiful, and the rice noodles were delicious 🤤 The receptionists were warm and attentive, always ready to answer any questions 👍👍👍 The hotel is right next to the subway station (Yingwan Town Station), making it very convenient for getting around and sightseeing. It's only one stop away from Orange Isle and also very close to Yuelu Mountain Park. This time, I stopped by on my way back, so the itinerary was a bit rushed. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time. 😊😊😊 The two night views are actually from my room window. I didn't take pictures of all the breakfast options, just my own 🤭🤭🤭

Booked this hotel by chance, and it was pretty clean. The hot water came out fast and had good pressure, and the air conditioning was excellent. The rice noodles for breakfast were delicious, definitely worth trying – much better than the Zhou Ji noodles (my personal opinion), which were a complete mess. One minor issue: the toilet splashed water when you sat on it. On the bright side, the subway station is right on the -1 floor, making transportation very convenient.

The basic room type is very spacious and feels airy, and the cleanliness is excellent. The hotel's location is superb, with many great food spots nearby, making it super convenient to find meals. Getting around and sightseeing is also a breeze. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and well worth recommending.

I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Changsha. The entire room is smart-controlled, and there's even a robot for delivery. It's very good value for money, and I highly recommend staying here. The service was also very enthusiastic, and I even got a complimentary late check-out for an hour and a half. The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Taiping Old Street and within the Wuyi business district. It's incredibly convenient for dining and shopping. You can easily walk to Pozi Street, Huangxing Road Pedestrian Street, and IFS financial center. Turn left out of the hotel and it's a two-minute walk to Xiangjiang Middle Road subway station, which is just one stop from Wuyi Square and the next stop is Juzizhou Head – very convenient indeed. It's only about 100 meters from the Xiangjiang River, and you can even cycle to Du Fu Jiang Ge to enjoy the night views. The room is compact but clean, with complete facilities. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful, offering great recommendations for restaurants and more.
