The morning sunlight streaming through the bamboo is very pleasant. The room is a one-bedroom apartment with two bathrooms, but the hot tub leaked, making water all over the bathroom floor. The owner needs to fix it. Dining: Breakfast is a 3-minute drive from Yaowang Valley Hotel, not far. It's a buffet, not a huge selection, but they do have rice noodle rolls, which is quite nice. Dinner options nearby are limited unless you drive out, where there are other options within about 10 minutes.

Besides the two hot spring pools, there's a big swimming pool, a pavilion for barbecues, and a small garden. My kids were running around exploring every nook and cranny from the moment we checked in – they had such a blast! It was truly fantastic value for money.
