MM496770****This guesthouse is by far the most welcoming place I've stayed during my travels. When I first arrived in Xuegu, the owners came out from the guesthouse to greet me. After a long and tiring journey, they even brought me dumplings, frozen pears, and frozen persimmons to eat – I was practically moved to tears! And those dumplings were exceptionally delicious!!! Throughout the rest of my trip, the owner helped me book tickets, whether it was for transportation or for going up Bear Ridge. After we got to Bear Ridge, he even helped take photos with a drone. On Christmas night, there was a special fireworks display, which was truly heartwarming. We also got to try the '潑水成冰' (splashing water into ice) activity. When I lost something, the owner's wife even helped me get it back, which was so touching. I'll definitely be recommending this place to my friends and family!

MM1s3n3ckn****This was my first time visiting Xuegu with my mom, and we stayed at this inn. The environment was great, with a strong Northeastern charm. The owners provided excellent service. The next day, when we went to Wusong Ridge to play in the snow, the owner accompanied us the whole time, taking photos and even teaching us how to ski for free. If we had gone on our own, hiring an instructor at the ski resort would have cost several hundred yuan. The owner was very patient and professional with the photos, allowing me to fully enjoy myself. There were also evening activities at the inn, where the owner would film a 'water splashing into ice' video for us for free, a service that costs money in Xuexiang. We even bought Wuchang rice from them. Overall, I highly recommend this inn for anyone visiting Xuegu. I've already recommended it to my family and friends.

MM296712****Xingcheng Lavande Hotel was a fantastic experience! The lavender scent was so calming, and the Mousse mattress was incredibly comfortable. The smart curtains and 'sleep aid' mode were a thoughtful touch. The location is great, close to both the beach and the old city, making getting around super convenient. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, and the service was warm and attentive. Excellent value for money – definitely the place to stay when you're in Xingcheng!

You can definitely trust this place. The decor is clean, and the housekeeping staff are all very attentive.
Initially, I considered many guesthouses but they had so many issues, so I decided to go with E-Stay Hotel instead!

The room decor has a strong Northeastern charm, with wooden ceilings and floral curtains, creating a cozy and elegant atmosphere. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and the pillows are just the right height, ensuring a superb sleeping experience. The underfloor heating works exceptionally well; even when it's dozens of degrees below zero outside, the room remains warm as spring. The owners are genuinely kind and straightforward, and their recommendations for restaurants and attractions are very reliable. The guesthouse offers a free breakfast with a rich variety of porridge, steamed buns, eggs, and pickles, providing a balanced and nutritious start to the day. In the evening, you can even roast sweet potatoes and regular potatoes at the guesthouse, which are sweet and delicious, bringing back many childhood memories. Overall, the value for money is outstanding, and the service, environment, and hygiene are all impeccable. If you're coming to Snow Valley, this is the place to stay!

The room was very clean and quiet, and the bathroom was spacious. The housekeeping staff were also very responsible. Breakfast was quite rich, with fruit, dairy products, pastries, and both hot and cold dishes available.

AAgus99Our family of five stayed for 5 nights in Harbin, and it was absolutely fantastic. We received gifts upon check-in and again at check-out. The front desk staff, both the young men and women, were incredibly warm and helpful. They even offered complimentary rock sugar pear tea and afternoon tea. The room was very new and spotless. They thoughtfully provided disposable toilet seat covers and disinfectant wipes. All in all, our stay was very comfortable and pleasant.

Since I had to leave early in the morning and couldn't have breakfast, the butler thoughtfully prepared a packed meal for me. The room itself was great too; I got an upgrade to a much larger and more spacious one. Plus, the front desk even gave me an afternoon tea voucher, which was a lovely touch. Overall, the service was attentive and thoughtful, making it definitely worth staying here.

SScottYoungFor those looking to ski, this hotel's location is absolutely perfect. The front desk staff are very warm and helpful. Although the rooms are simple, they are clean and comfortable. Ski equipment was already prepared in the locker, and the staff were very enthusiastic in assisting us. The only downside was that some people were smoking in the common areas and no one seemed to be managing it.
