MMiwa627Among the 5-star hotels in Harbin, I chose this one, which is the newest, and I wasn't disappointed upon arrival. The facilities are new and very clean, and the hotel staff are very enthusiastic. If you order takeout, a robot delivers it to your room. It's quite close to the airport, only a 30-minute ride. The only thing to consider is that the location is a bit out of the way, a little further from the main tourist attractions.

GGuest UserThe hotel boasts a beautiful environment. The rooms are quiet, spacious, and comfortable, with stunning lake views. It also has a lovely back garden, and there's an amusement park and a large indoor ski resort nearby, which is very convenient. The facilities are great, and the service is exceptionally professional and efficient. The staff are warm and highly responsive, and the rooms are clean, roomy, bright, quiet, and comfortable. They really go above and beyond to help with anything you need. What's more, the room rates are affordable, and parking is free. I had a fantastic and very satisfying stay! Definitely a top rating!

The overall ambiance is elegant and serene, with sophisticated and tasteful decor, and meticulous attention to detail evident throughout. The room layout is well-planned, offering excellent natural light and views, and it's spotlessly clean. The service is consistently on point, with staff who are gentle and courteous, and housekeeping is incredibly thorough. Breakfast features fresh ingredients and a wide variety of dishes, with freshly prepared items tasting absolutely superb. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, including a gym and relaxation areas, ensuring maximum comfort during your stay. Plus, the self-service complimentary laundry room is a lifesaver for business travelers and tourists alike. It offers fantastic value for money and is definitely worth returning to again and again!

The breakfast was excellent, offering Evenki milk tea and freshly made dumplings, a better experience than what I had at the Ritz-Carlton Fuli. The hotel lobby is on the 42nd floor, so you have to transfer elevators at the 42nd floor to get to and from the rooms. The hotel is located in a commercial area, which makes dining and getting around a bit inconvenient. It's fine if you're on a business trip and don't plan on going out much. Overall, it was a pretty good stay.

QQiqipengpengThe room was spacious and generally clean. It was very soundproof with good ventilation, and there were no strange odors. The breakfast selection was rich, comparable to Wanda Vista. The hot springs offered a good variety of pools, and the water quality was excellent with no unpleasant smells. On Children's Day, kids under 1.5 meters were free, which was a fantastic bonus! The staff were very enthusiastic, and both check-in and check-out were quick.

MM378547****The hotel lobby has a Russian-style decor, perfect for taking photos. The room was very comfortable with a tasteful design. The front desk staff were warm and provided excellent service. The bedding was incredibly comfortable. The restaurant offered a wide variety of delicious dishes. It's also very close to the Harbin Ice and Snow World. There's a gym and a heated pool on the third floor. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next stay.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel facilities look decent and relatively new. A 4-star rating would be more fitting; it definitely doesn't deserve 5 stars. Ctrip is clearly just out to make money, their rating standards are so arbitrary.
The soundproofing is absolutely terrible 🤮. I could hear conversations from next door crystal clear, and the sound of them using water felt like it was happening right in my own room. The room door also slams shut incredibly loudly. If you knock on the walls, they don't sound like solid walls, but more like partitions. The gym and badminton court are combined, which makes it unusable – it's incredibly noisy.
To be fair, the service was actually good. They upgraded my room when I checked in, and gave me a small souvenir when I checked out.

JJ1225This stay far exceeded my expectations! It's definitely the go-to river-view hotel when you're in the area. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offer an unobstructed, front-row view of the river. During the day, you can lie in bed and watch boats gently pass by, the shimmering water is incredibly therapeutic. As night falls, the city lights on both banks reflect on the river, creating a stunning and romantic scene. You get to enjoy a gorgeous night view without even leaving the hotel, and every photo you take turns out amazing.

HHKESKENThe concierge was very helpful with our luggage. The staff we met in the hallways were also very friendly and greeted us warmly. They have freshly ground coffee for both breakfast and afternoon tea. The hotel doesn't require a deposit, and check-out was super quick. The location is absolutely fantastic (YYDS)! It's really close to all the popular tourist spots and attractions. The hotel environment is also great. Thumbs up!
