GGuest UserThe hotel's location is incredibly convenient, with an amusement park nearby and a shopping mall right behind it. There's a free shuttle bus to the park, and the surrounding area has everything you need for dining and shopping. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the lobby's fragrance is very pleasant. The delivery robot is efficient and fast, and the staff are polite and welcoming, treating guests like family. The hotel also has a beautiful back garden with a lovely lake view and a variety of room types to choose from, including popular family rooms. It's also a pet-friendly hotel! Highly recommended!

It also has a lovely back garden, and there's an amusement park and a large indoor ski resort nearby, which is very convenient. The facilities are great, and the service is exceptionally professional and efficient. The staff are warm and highly responsive, and the rooms are clean, roomy, bright, quiet, and comfortable. They really go above and beyond to help with anything you need. What's more, the room rates are affordable, and parking is free. I had a fantastic and very satisfying stay! Definitely a top rating!

The breakfast was excellent, offering Evenki milk tea and freshly made dumplings, a better experience than what I had at the Ritz-Carlton Fuli. The hotel lobby is on the 42nd floor, so you have to transfer elevators at the 42nd floor to get to and from the rooms. The hotel is located in a commercial area, which makes dining and getting around a bit inconvenient. It's fine if you're on a business trip and don't plan on going out much. Overall, it was a pretty good stay.

GGuest UserThis is my second time in Harbin, and I stayed at a hot spring hotel. The room was clean and tidy, and they provided Bai Cao Ji toiletries, which was a pleasant surprise! Plus, hot spring tickets and a breakfast buffet were included. It was such a great deal! My kids even said they want to stay here again next time.

**Ambiance:** The lobby, like other Mandarin Oriental hotels, is very grand and impressive.
**Facilities:** The facilities are well-maintained, but it doesn't have smart home features throughout the room.
**Cleanliness:** Overall, it was clean and tidy.
**Service:** The service was excellent, very warm and attentive. Today was 'Lidong' (Beginning of Winter), and they even specially served dumplings for breakfast, which was a really thoughtful touch.

The Guest Relations Manager provided excellent service. The room matched the pictures, and I really liked the simple yet elegant decor. All the facilities were beautifully arranged, and the hygiene was impeccable, making for a worry-free stay. The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to transportation. The soundproofing was great, and the air conditioning was cool, allowing me to sleep very soundly all night. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time!
