Location: Excellent location, just across the street from major shopping malls.
Convenient for dining, drinks, entertainment, and leisure.
Plenty of parking spaces, no worries.
The front desk service is exceptionally attentive, making you feel right at home.
I would definitely stay here again.

GGuest UserI've chosen this hotel many times on business trips because of its great environment, but this time, something really upset and infuriated me. After breakfast, I was in my room for a meeting that morning. Around 11:50, the front desk called and said if I didn't leave, I'd be charged 20 yuan for every extra hour. I asked if I had to leave before 12:00, and they said yes.
Only 10 minutes to pack—is that typical of service professionals?
Afterward, the hotel manager apologized, quite sincerely, and said I shouldn't book through the platform anymore. I could book the same room through the mini-program and get a later checkout. I didn't understand, but I had to respect it. After all, that's the policy.

Room is new and minimalistic.
Laundry room within hotel is new and convenient.
Reception was helpful at all times.
Bed is comfortable. Will return if around Heshan city again.

GGuest UserThe room was exactly the same as the pictures online, with a simple yet elegant decor that I loved. All the facilities were complete, and the cleanliness was impeccable – spotless! It gave me complete peace of mind. The hotel is located in the town center, with extremely convenient transportation, and nearby shopping malls, parks, and a wide variety of restaurants. The soundproofing was excellent, and the air conditioning and heating were incredibly powerful; I slept soundly all night. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm on a business trip! I treated my business trip like a vacation, haha!

GGuest UserMy best friend and I visited Heshan and chose to stay at the Baili Hotel, and the experience exceeded our expectations. I must say, this hotel is highly recommended.
First, the hotel offers free parking, which was incredibly convenient for us as we were traveling by car. No need to worry about finding a parking space or pay extra parking fees, making our trip much easier and more enjoyable. Second, the hotel rooms are very spacious. The room's openness made us feel exceptionally comfortable from the moment we entered, without any sense of confinement. We could move around freely in the room, and setting up our luggage was also very convenient. The room's decor was also very warm and inviting; every detail showed the hotel's attention to detail, making us feel right at home. Whether resting, chatting, or simply relaxing, the large room provided an excellent place for us. In short, the Baili Hotel, with its free parking and spacious, comfortable rooms, became our ideal accommodation during our trip to Heshan. If you are also planning a trip to Heshan, you should consider the Baili Hotel; I believe you will love it as much as we did.

I stayed at the Donggu Yuehu Hotel. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. It felt like home. The fountains and light shows were beautiful at night. I would definitely stay here again.

GGuest UserNot very quiet, I am not referring to the surrounding management of the hotel, but the noise made by other hotel guests, and the hotel could not take the initiative to solve it after the complaint. However, the last request for a room change, the front desk arranged it, it was better.
