WwingzerocustomI came here for the second time. The scenery is still very good and suitable for a staycation. Dinner was at the Harbor Restaurant, and guests can get a 10% discount. This hotel gave us a lot of points for our journey, and the overall experience was superb. First of all, the location is very convenient, not far from the attractions and highway intersections, it is very convenient to take a taxi or drive by car, the surrounding facilities are mature, shopping and eating local food are very convenient.
When I walked into the room, I was moved by the cleanliness. The space was spacious and bright, and the lighting was particularly good. You can see the surrounding green plants when you open the window and the air is fresh. The facilities are all available, smart toilet, high-speed WiFi, high-definition TV, constant temperature air conditioning, and the details are full of care. The bathroom is well separated from wet and dry, and the sink has a large space, so there is no need to worry about crowding.
The service is nothing to say, from check-in to check-out, the whole process is intimate and thoughtful, the family accidentally forgot to bring the charger, the front desk immediately helped coordinate the solution, and also took the initiative to provide laundry service. Breakfast is a self-service form, fresh ingredients, diverse tastes, elders and children are very satisfied. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is quiet and comfortable, and the price is super high. It is a very pleasant stay. I will choose here next time I come to Zhishan. I also recommend it to friends who plan to play!

AAnonymous UserThe front desk actively upgraded the room type, and the floor-to-ceiling windows faced the lake, with a good view. It feels like an older hotel, with an old-fashioned decoration style. The room is quite spacious with a balcony, but the sound insulation is not very good. Maybe because of the location near the lake, there are many mosquitoes.
The scenery outside the hotel is OK, you can take a walk along the lake, and it is recommended that the hotel do maintenance on the peripheral facilities.
In addition, I don’t recommend everyone to buy breakfast. I don’t know if it’s because of the off-season. The breakfast experience is very bad, there are very few varieties, and the products are so-so. It is completely not the same level as the buffet breakfast of an economy hotel.
This price is generally good and bad.

The hotel wanted to send us a cake, but since we brought it ourselves, the hotel sent us a fruit plate instead. Thank you very much for the hotel's attentive hospitality. Mr. Zhang and Ms. Ren at the front desk were very kind and upgraded our room. We can also watch the lights at night. Night view and musical fountain show, a very satisfying stay experience. I will definitely stay again next time I come to Heshan. We also bought two sets of Donggu seasoning gift boxes for friends

The room is tidy, comfortable, clean and hygienic, especially the bed is very comfortable to sleep on, which is similar to the quality of a four or five-star hotel!
Thanks to the hotel staff for sending two extra bottles of water. I went to the front desk to get two pieces of A4 paper, both of which were free of charge. It was really awesome!
I will definitely choose to stay here next time I go to Heshan. It’s a very satisfying experience. I wish you a prosperous business!
