I came here to visit a friend on a spontaneous trip. My friend recommended this hotel to me. I felt very good about it. The room was big enough, the bed was big enough, and the lady at the front desk was polite. I will stay here again next time.

I've chosen this hotel many times on business trips because of its great environment, but this time, something really upset and infuriated me. After breakfast, I was in my room for a meeting that morning. Around 11:50, the front desk called and said if I didn't leave, I'd be charged 20 yuan for every extra hour. I asked if I had to leave before 12:00, and they said yes. Only 10 minutes to pack—is that typical of service professionals? Afterward, the hotel manager apologized, quite sincerely, and said I shouldn't book through the platform anymore. I could book the same room through the mini-program and get a later checkout. I didn't understand, but I had to respect it. After all, that's the policy.

However, being an older hotel, there are some dark, hard-to-reach areas, but this has no impact on the overall stay and is negligible. Environment: The environment is very nice. It has a very refined and elegant feel, which I really like. This hotel holds many memories for me personally. I used to stay at the Wen Hua Hotel often when I was a child. It's quite an old hotel, and this visit brought back many memories; it doesn't seem to have changed much. I really like the Wen Hua Hotel; the breakfast is also good. Their mooncakes are delicious too, full of memories! 👍🏻 If you don't have particularly high expectations for accommodation, you can stay here; you won't be disappointed. The front desk service is also very good.

However, the last request for a room change, the front desk arranged it, it was better. Although it is a four-star, the service is not professional enough.
