CChangyoutiandiOur stay was incredibly satisfying. First off, the location is fantastic – just a two-minute walk to the Three Confucius Caves scenic area, where you can catch the gate opening and closing ceremonies.
We opted for the family villa, which was perfect for traveling with seniors. There's a king room on the first floor and two twin beds on the second, ensuring everyone was very comfortable. The hygiene was impeccable, and they provided a wide range of amenities. Even small details, like having two alcohol wipes for the toilet, really impressed us and earned major bonus points.
The breakfast was plentiful, and we also had lunch here, which was absolutely delicious.

MM788803****The hotel lobby is spacious and clean, and the service is exceptionally good; they were incredibly accommodating to all our requests. It was really touching to see them busy but still attentive to our luggage. It's clear that the front desk and lobby are very well managed. The breakfast coffee was good, the environment was quiet, and the facilities were excellent. The room was simple yet elegant, and they didn't rush us to check out. I really liked it.

GGuest UserThe landscaping at this JW Marriott is quite beautiful. However, the room facilities are a bit dated. The shower had mold and old water stains, and water easily leaked out onto the floor. Service experience was inconsistent: during check-in, the front desk staff barely made eye contact and didn't offer information about kids' activities or inquire about children's amenities, even though I was traveling with a child. The auntie at the noodle station during breakfast was also rather indifferent. On the positive side, housekeeping was excellent; they proactively brought bath salts and bath bags after check-in and asked if I needed anything else. Other hotel staff members were also very friendly and helpful. A major downside was the abundance of mosquitoes in the summer; many flew in as soon as the balcony door was opened. The room's air conditioning couldn't be adjusted lower, so it was too hot to sleep with a blanket, but without one, I ended up with many mosquito bites on my legs. The complimentary Hanfu photoshoot experience was a highlight – the makeup artist was patient, and I was very happy with the final photos, which added a lot to the overall trip.

VVirtualMeThe hotel is visually stunning, tastefully decorated with authentic elements of local culture and great attention to detail in both style and functionality.
The establishment shows a surprising amount of facilities that span from a quality swimming pool and gym to lounge bars, restaurants, a garden with orchard and stables, shops, event areas with proper separation that makes it lively yet never noisy or chaotic. It is rare to find a hotel that is suitable for both couples and families but Shangri-la did it perfectly.
Cleanliness and customer service are as you would expect from a hotel of this category.
Breakfast although pricey compared to other options in the area was mostly worth the dime and never excessively crowded.
Special mention to the lounge bar that beats every local option on every level, surprisingly including prices. We went bar hopping after the lounge bar and we're shocked to find that local bars were charging twice or three times as much for much lower quality drinks and environment compared to ShangriLa.

JJessie Ly Doan 丽丽The hotel just opened in 2024, so everything is still very new. The reception is on the top floor (27th), along with the restaurant, gym, and laundry room.
My room was decorated in a B-Duck theme. It was super spacious and even had toys inside, which my child really enjoyed. Everything was cute and carefully arranged. I was surprised to see a Dyson hair dryer in the bathroom!
The breakfast buffet was delicious and had more variety than other hotels I’ve stayed at recently. I especially liked the instant coffee packets – very convenient, and not many hotels offer that.
There’s a free laundry and drying service, and they even folded the clothes and delivered them to the room after drying.
Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The hotel is also in a very convenient area, close to a supermarket and lots of good restaurants.
I’ll definitely stay here again when I come back to Qufu.

MMalidaThe room was very satisfactory! Especially for breakfast, we could eat sweet potatoes from Sishui, which were really delicious. They were the best sweet potatoes I have ever eaten in my life, sweet and sticky.
In the evening, the hotel not only provided fruits, but also provided some longan and white fungus health porridge. Although I was afraid of getting fat, I couldn't resist the temptation and ate it.

GGuest UserAfter scouring Trip.com, I found this hotel with incredible value for money! I stayed here for all five nights in Qufu, and it was so comfortable I didn't want to leave.
I had checked out a few other places before deciding on this one.
The accommodations are fantastic. There's a beautiful, well-lit courtyard in the center, and sunlight streams into the bedroom as soon as you open the door.
The bedding was very clean, and I especially appreciated the excellent drinking water setup. The room has a direct-drinking dispenser that provides boiling water in three seconds, so no worries about kettle hygiene. The soundproofing in the bedroom is great, and even the curtains are double-layered, which is super friendly for those sensitive to light.
I also highly recommend booking a room with a small balcony! It doesn't cost much more, and the room is huge, the bed is super big, and it even has a projector! For the same price, staying here is simply amazing!
When you don't feel like going out, you can head to the bar and lounge area downstairs. They have billiards, karaoke, board games, and you can grab a drink – they have it all. According to the owner, the hostel has been operating for many years, and he even showed me a thick guestbook. If you're interested, you can flip through it and leave your own message.
On the first day of my check-in, a kind front desk lady assisted me, and the owner helped me with my luggage. The overall stay was superb, and the hotel staff are very friendly. You can tell the owner if you need anything. If I get a chance to visit Qufu again, I'll definitely stay here!
Regarding the location: Yan Temple is right across the street, making it one of the three closest hotels. To get to the snack street or Confucius Temple, you just need to scan a shared bike at the entrance, and you're there!

The front desk staff are warm and attentive, and there's complimentary freshly ground coffee and juice in the lobby. The room was clean and tidy, equipped with a smart speaker, and the bedding was very comfortable. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and they provide hand soap, shampoo, body wash, and conditioner, which all smell quite pleasant.

I have to give a special shout-out to our butler, Dai Shanshan. Her service was attentive and thorough throughout our stay. After we checked in, she proactively recommended itineraries, local eateries, and transportation options based on our plans. She was also incredibly responsive to all our questions. The hotel also provided complimentary fresh fruit, special Dragon Boat Festival gifts, and even thoughtful late-night snacks. The service far exceeded that of hotels in the same category, making for an excellent experience.
