SShenhuaqingyuanThe hotel front desk staff were incredibly professional and accommodating to all guest requests. The ladies at the front desk were impeccably groomed, very presentable, and quite lovely. (Just a side note: I'm a woman, and I appreciate seeing beautiful people!) The bedding in the room was exceptionally comfortable, making it very easy to fall asleep. The hotel's self-service laundry facilities were excellent, and the breakfast buffet offered a great variety of dishes, catering to both local tastes and the diverse needs of out-of-town visitors – which is the most important thing.

GGuest UserThe hotel is extremely luxurious and designed beautifully. But the service is TERRİBLE. No one speaks english… there is no food available for room service. İ wanted to drink a beer and they told me to go to the supermarket.
İ wanted to order room service after 20.30 they told me no english and hung up on my face. After 10 mins 2 people came to my room telling me they dont have room service, after 20.30 even though the menu said 24 hours.
The next day i tried to order at 16.00 and they told me it starts at 18.30…
the design and the quality of the hotel is maybe the best ive seen in my life but the service is 0/10 … no cola to drink no food to eat .. i would not reccomend if you want to spend a lot of time in it.

Overall was ok an pleasant, room was good size and comfortable,
but cleaning was inconsistent, one day they would do everything, but forget to put toilet paper, another day they wouldn't change flip flops, every day I was coming from work, something was different from the other day,
My other issue was, the software program that controls the lighting automation of the room was buggy. it would short circuit, light switches sometimes controlled random area, I touched the aircon once with my hand that I recently applied cream on, it short circuited and another light when on! one night in the middle of the night the toilet lights automatically went on (not creepy at all!) and the ”do not disturb button sometimes would remain latched on as hard as you try to get it off, meant that I couldn't get my room cleaned one day. when I explained this to them, they sent somebody upstairs to check. and at that time, it behaved normal, so they didn't do anything about it. I wasn't too demanding and insisting either, as I was hardly at the hotel anyway.

I had an excellent experience at Lanou International Hotel (Linyi Tongda Road Suhe North Street Branch). The room was very spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable, making my stay relaxing after long days.
The staff truly stood out — they were professional, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. Their service made me feel genuinely welcomed and well taken care of.
One of the highlights was the drop-off service. It’s not a bus, but a VIP private car just for you, which made transportation easy, comfortable, and premium. This level of service is rare and truly impressive.
Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. After this experience, during my visits to China, I will only be staying with this hotel brand. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, quality service, and a premium experience.

The room was clean and bright, no smell, the bedding was soft and sleepy, the front desk service was warm and efficient, the breakfast was rich, and I would choose this next time! The location is convenient and close to the business district, the room cleaning is super meticulous, the staff is on call, the overall atmosphere is comfortable, and the price is full! This stay was a surprise! The room has a good view, the facilities are new and easy to use, the service is intimate and thoughtful, even the details are in place, highly recommended!

AAnonymous UserWe arrived at the hotel in the late evening of 31st May. There was only one staff member at the counter, and she insisted on taking photos of our passports as well as individual photos of our faces, stating that it was the hotel’s policy.
We have travelled extensively across various cities in China, both big and small, and this is the only hotel that has required such procedures, which we feel *seriously infringe on our privacy*. This made us very uncomfortable, and we are genuinely concerned about how our personal data might be used or stored.
We were only staying for a few hours before leaving at dawn to catch an early flight the next morning.

GGuest UserThis trip to stay at this hotel, the overall experience is particularly satisfactory. The location is very convenient, not far from the attractions, travel by taxi, car is very worry-free, eating and shopping around is also convenient. The room was clean and tidy, the lighting and ventilation were very good, there was no smell, the bedding was soft, and it was very comfortable to rest when I was tired.
Health is in place, the bathroom has no dead ends, and the toiletries are complete. The front desk service is warm and polite, the check-in is fast and efficient, and the questions are answered patiently. The hotel is soundproofed, very quiet at night, and can rest well. The facilities are complete and easy to use, the network is stable, and the overall environment is warm and comfortable.
Very good value for money, fully meet the needs of travel accommodation, live at ease and comfort, highly recommended to friends who come to play, will choose here next time.
