Just arrived at the hotel was moved by the intimate service, the door concierge took the initiative to help carry the luggage, the front desk staff at the check-in was gentle and efficient, and the procedures were completed before long. They also patiently introduced the hotel facilities and surrounding play guides, which was very intimate. The rooms are spacious and bright, the decoration is simple and textured, the cleaning is spotless, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the night is good to sleep, and there is no fatigue of the journey. The room facilities are all available, the air conditioning, bathroom, toiletries are of good quality, hot water is fast, the network speed is also very stable, and the details are full of care. The public area of the hotel is clean and tidy, the lobby is elegant and warm, the breakfast is rich, the Chinese and Western styles are available, the ingredients are fresh, the taste is very good, and it can meet the needs of different tastes. The location is also superb, the travel is convenient, the surrounding business districts and attractions are very close, whether it is travel or business trip is very convenient. TTianyayifeiA very warm business trip. The reception at the front desk was very enthusiastic. I took a special look at the receptionist, his employee number was 057, thank you. The next day, I was in a hurry to go out to do something and threw my used socks on the floor. When I got back to the hotel, the staff had already washed it for me. Although the matter is small, it makes me feel warm inside. Thank you service staff.

GGuest UserThe location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic! It's only a 30-minute drive to Mengshan Scenic Area, and as soon as you step outside, you're right in the action. There's a snack street nearby with plenty of roadside food stalls, and the Rainbow Bridge is just a short walk away, making it super convenient for strolls. The room was so clean it practically shined, and the bed was incredibly soft – I felt completely refreshed after a night's sleep. The staff were amazing; they were so patient and helpful every time I had a question. The front desk even recommended a bunch of local eateries, and I had such a blast trying them all. Plus, the prices here are very reasonable, offering excellent value for money. And let me tell you about the breakfast – it was incredible! So many options, both Chinese and Western, and I was able to fuel up for a full day of sightseeing every morning. The hotel's ambiance is also very elegant; staying here made me feel quite sophisticated.

When we checked into the hotel, the bar in the room only had 2 bottles of water and nothing else.
When we checked out the next day, they charged us more than ten yuan, saying that we had spent money in the room😡

The services at the front desk, guest rooms, and catering are all very good and in place. The room is very clean and very warm in winter. The service attitude of the staff is very diligent.
