"The hotel's design and ambiance are fantastic, and it's super convenient to get around. There are plenty of parking spaces, especially the ground-level ones which are really handy. There's a lively street food scene nearby, which adds a great local flavor. The front desk service was also incredibly attentive; the young lady gave a comprehensive introduction and even personally showed me to my room. I also really liked the atmosphere in the lobby bar and breakfast area on the first floor. If I ever come back to Linyi, I'd definitely choose to stay here again."

Overall was ok an pleasant, room was good size and comfortable,
but cleaning was inconsistent, one day they would do everything, but forget to put toilet paper, another day they wouldn't change flip flops, every day I was coming from work, something was different from the other day,
My other issue was, the software program that controls the lighting automation of the room was buggy. it would short circuit, light switches sometimes controlled random area, I touched the aircon once with my hand that I recently applied cream on, it short circuited and another light when on! one night in the middle of the night the toilet lights automatically went on (not creepy at all!) and the ”do not disturb button sometimes would remain latched on as hard as you try to get it off, meant that I couldn't get my room cleaned one day. when I explained this to them, they sent somebody upstairs to check. and at that time, it behaved normal, so they didn't do anything about it. I wasn't too demanding and insisting either, as I was hardly at the hotel anyway.

SShenhuaqingyuanThe hotel front desk staff were incredibly professional and accommodating to all guest requests. The ladies at the front desk were impeccably groomed, very presentable, and quite lovely. (Just a side note: I'm a woman, and I appreciate seeing beautiful people!) The bedding in the room was exceptionally comfortable, making it very easy to fall asleep. The hotel's self-service laundry facilities were excellent, and the breakfast buffet offered a great variety of dishes, catering to both local tastes and the diverse needs of out-of-town visitors – which is the most important thing.

MM526238****The room was clean and tidy as a whole, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the mattress support was just right, it was quiet at night, and I slept very well. The bathroom has no smell, the hot water is stable, the water pressure is sufficient, and the toiletries are easy to use. The air conditioning/heating effect is good, the room temperature is very comfortable, and it will not be hot and cold. . The breakfast is also very rich, there are many clean and hygienic foods to eat, and the front desk also provides 24-hour hot water.

My only complaint is that out of all my stays, three times there were stains on the towels and twice there were oil stains, or possibly blood stains, on the bathrobes. I hope the hotel pays more attention to hygiene management.

TTianyayifeiA very warm business trip. The reception at the front desk was very enthusiastic. I took a special look at the receptionist, his employee number was 057, thank you. The next day, I was in a hurry to go out to do something and threw my used socks on the floor. When I got back to the hotel, the staff had already washed it for me. Although the matter is small, it makes me feel warm inside. Thank you service staff.

GGuest UserWe booked a family room, and the room was really spacious with a large walk-in closet, which was perfect for families with lots of luggage. The room was also very tidy. The hotel facilities were all brand-name, the bedding was clean and comfortable, and complimentary fruit was provided. The staff were also very friendly. There's a wave pool in the Wenquan area, and the kids had a great time. Overall, we were very satisfied and would definitely go again.
