AAnonymous UserThe room is spacious and bright, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the overall design is simple and modern, the details are in place, the bathroom is dry and wet, the shower water pressure is sufficient, the use is great, the TV is clear, and the sound insulation effect is not bad.

GGuest UserIt was a very pleasant experience to stay in this hotel. The service was attentive and considerate, the room was spacious and bright, the facilities were complete, the breakfast was comfortable and rest assured, the room was a sun room, and the price/performance ratio was very high!

XXiaotaotaobaihehuaThe room was well-planned, with separate wet and dry areas, a TV with screen projection, and a comfortable bed with two pillows to choose from. There's on-site parking, and the front desk was friendly. Upon check-in, they provided fruit, milk, drinks, snacks, and a late-night snack. Breakfast was plentiful, and for under 200 yuan, it felt like a star-rated hotel. I'd definitely stay here again if I were to visit Luohe again. It's also very close to the highway.

Most importantly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very enthusiastic in helping me with my personal needs. GGuest UserThe staff is kind even though they do not speak English but we could understand each other using the telephone translator. The hotel was clean enough and has a good position. The location displayed in the booking was correct. We appreciated welcome snack and drink. The bed is comfortable.

GGuest UserThe overall feeling is OK. The hotel environment is clean, tidy and sanitary. The hardware and software facilities are good. The room area is not as big as expected (I have stayed in many Vienna International Hotels, and the characteristic of them is large rooms), but it is still OK. The front desk service is quite professional, and the room manager can help solve problems in a timely manner, which gives people a good feeling. The breakfast is buffet style with a decent variety. It has its own parking lot and there are quite a few restaurants around, so it is very convenient to have a simple meal.

GGuest UserWhen booking, I chose a hotel that was close to the destination. I didn't expect much from a store that opened in 2015. I just thought that since it was a star-rated hotel, the supporting facilities should be better. But after checking in, I was actually pleasantly surprised! Although the service was not special, the room was clean and the details were very good. The spare quilts were not stored in black plastic bags like many hotels, and the spare pillows were also flat, clean and dry. The room was also large. The night view from the floor-to-ceiling windows was great. It was really a good experience. The restaurant had good service, the dishes tasted good, and the price was reasonable. I would like to add that the water pressure in the room was not enough.

The room was clean and tidy, no smell, comfortable bedding, good sound insulation, and a good rest. The bathroom facilities are modern and clean. The breakfast is rich and delicious. The overall price is very high, whether it is business travel or tourism is recommended. Will choose here next time!
