The location displayed in the booking was correct. We appreciated welcome snack and drink. The bed is comfortable.

GGuest UserThe overall feeling is OK. The hotel environment is clean, tidy and sanitary. The hardware and software facilities are good. The room area is not as big as expected (I have stayed in many Vienna International Hotels, and the characteristic of them is large rooms), but it is still OK. The front desk service is quite professional, and the room manager can help solve problems in a timely manner, which gives people a good feeling. The breakfast is buffet style with a decent variety. It has its own parking lot and there are quite a few restaurants around, so it is very convenient to have a simple meal.

Disadvantages: You need to print the information late on a business trip. It has been confirmed that you can print it before you check in. When you arrive at the front desk, you will be told that the computer memory is full and cannot be printed. It is too late to print around. I hope it can be improved, so that the experience of staying will be better.

GGuest UserWhen booking, I chose a hotel that was close to the destination. I didn't expect much from a store that opened in 2015. I just thought that since it was a star-rated hotel, the supporting facilities should be better. But after checking in, I was actually pleasantly surprised! Although the service was not special, the room was clean and the details were very good. The spare quilts were not stored in black plastic bags like many hotels, and the spare pillows were also flat, clean and dry. The room was also large. The night view from the floor-to-ceiling windows was great. It was really a good experience. The restaurant had good service, the dishes tasted good, and the price was reasonable. I would like to add that the water pressure in the room was not enough.

Most importantly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very enthusiastic in helping me with my personal needs. GGuest UserThis stay was fantastic! The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and I slept soundly until morning. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help. The location was also very convenient, with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. The room was well soundproofed, so I wasn't disturbed at all. The only minor drawback was that breakfast wasn't included, but overall, it was excellent value for money, and I would definitely choose this place again!
