In Dongyang Village, Pingxiang, very close to the county seat. It can be seen that what is being created is a beautiful and beautiful accommodation in a new socialist countryside. There are no excessive Internet celebrity elements, and no artificial ”check-in” points, but it does not prevent you from taking pictures of the scenery here. There are different beauty at all times. Compared with the superficial artificial beauty of Internet celebrities, the original beauty of nature can really hit the soul and bring shock. It can be felt that the boss has preserved the original ecological environment here to the greatest extent. The more than 100-year-old yew and the tall and sturdy old chestnut tree all illustrate this point. There are also six, seven, eight or nine kittens in the yard, each of which is cute. I saw many guests also brought their own kittens here. The pet-friendly point is really nice!
Speaking of food and accommodation, the food is really delicious, and the breakfast is also very rich. My son is a child who has difficulty eating, and he can eat two bowls here! I heard that in addition to some of the things they grow themselves, there are also vegetables collected from surrounding farmers, and the fish are live fish caught in the small pond in the yard... In short, it is clean, fresh and delicious. The room hygiene and supplies are very clean, and I feel at ease living there.
The transportation is very convenient. The road is very good all the way. It leads directly to the door of the homestay. It is very easy to drive and very convenient.
We stayed for a few days. In the end, the children didn't want to leave. The children came to play in the yard by themselves, picking chestnuts, catching insects, teasing kittens, reading rooms, swimming pools (not open in this season), and a trampoline in the bamboo forest. The children played games in the yard by themselves. Although they didn't know each other at first, they played well and had a lot of fun later. They also made good friends.
Adults will not be bored here. I saw a billiard room. If you get together with three or five friends, you can also barbecue, but you have to bring your own barbecue ingredients. There are a lot of outdoor spaces. There are places for drinking tea, chatting and reading. If you want to relax, it's no problem. I just come here to lie down and relax and breathe oxygen! The hosts are extremely hospitable and spared no efforts to ensure that we were comfortable and well-prepared for our hike. They are great cooks and dinner often consists of locally sourced produce (bamboo shoots from the nearby mountain, home-cured meats, home-grown yams etc.) The local palate is on the spicy side, but they were more than willing to accomodate our weak tongues.
In terms of location, the homestay is located right next to a stream, so close that you can hear it if you open your windows, and is conveniently located about 1km away from the trailhead. The outdoor patio is the perfect place to relax and unwind with tea, snacks, and the sounds of the babbling brook. We arrived in Pingxiang and took a 1 hour car ride to the homestay - easily found on the map and not hard to navigate to at all.
Overall, definitely recommend this homestay if you intend to conquer Wugong shan! P.S. they also have 2 lovely dogs.

GGuest UserBecause the temperature was low during the Spring Festival, the air conditioner was frozen, resulting in no air conditioning in the room. It was extremely cold! The landlady was very enthusiastic and brought some warm air to remedy the situation, but it was of little use, better than nothing. I couldn’t rest well anyway! The environment is very good. The proprietress cooked the soup noodles and squeezed the soy milk herself for breakfast. It tasted good. What I am not satisfied with is the air conditioning. The room I booked in advance did not have air conditioning and the price was not reduced. The two rooms I booked later only paid a fraction of the price. I felt it was not worth it. In addition, I personally think that the merchant should explain the air conditioning problem in advance, so that we can choose to change our accommodation instead of being forced to make do with it. Aside from the air conditioning issue, everything else is fine!

Advantages:
1. Convenience: It is not far from the bus station and the downtown street, 200 meters away; it is close to the Wugong Mountain trail entrance, 100 meters away on foot; it is close to the commercial street, 50 meters away on foot, and it is convenient for shopping and eating.
2. Quiet: The hotel is not on the street in the downtown area, and most of the rooms are on the mountain side, which is relatively quiet. The bedding is OK and conducive to sleep.
3. The hotel environment is good: The overall garden design of the hotel is good, with a back garden, a small viewing platform, and a small reservoir on the back mountain. It is nice to take a walk after dinner.
4. The hotel is equipped with a foot bath bucket, which is very considerate.
Disadvantages:
1. The hotel does not turn on the cold air conditioning: I checked in for the last 3 days of April, and there were not many people. I can understand that the hotel does not turn on the air conditioning and dehumidification in the public areas in order to save costs, but it was so hot during those days, why turn off the cooling of the guest rooms and let the air conditioning heat cycle in the guest rooms? The good point is that after reporting to the staff, the cooling was turned on.
2. The air conditioner smells musty: It is really very strong. We asked a technician to come into the room to fix it. The technician was speechless and said that there was no way. We stayed for 3 days and did not turn on the air conditioner at night for fear of fainting in the room due to the stench.
The hot air circulation and the musty smell of the air conditioner made the three of us feel that the hotel accommodation was the biggest failure of this trip.
BTW, on the day of check-out on May 1, the central air conditioner and lights in the lobby were turned on. It felt that the guests at the end of April were not human beings, and our experience was not important.
2. Facility design defects: The shower area is not designed reasonably, the waterproof platform at the door opening is too low, the sealing under the door is not enough, the door opens outward, the water is a little bigger and the shower head does not lean inward, you will feel what it means to flood the Jinshan Mountain.
4. Service: The 3 nights were divided into several orders. After the order of the first night ended, before checking out, the hotel staff added WeChat and asked to give a 5-star review and asked to bring the name of a certain employee. I said that I would make a unified comment after checking out, but the service staff still asked to comment on the day this order ended. I was speechless. I can understand that there are KPI indicators, but it is too bad for good impression.

So I listened to the boss, and the time was just right. It was more than 40 minutes early. So it is very convenient to climb here at night, you can sleep for a while, and there is enough time to take a bath and rest down the mountain. Secondly, the conditions of the homestay are not bad, but if I book again, I will book the view twin room because the room is much larger. And the bathroom is twice as big. But you get what you pay for, and I am very satisfied with more than 100 such rooms. It is best to talk about the service. The hotel has a restaurant and a supermarket, all of which are owned by the boss. The boss is also very enthusiastic. Answer all questions. GGuest UserHalf mountain, half water, half vanity, there are people living in the deep mountains. From now on, I will not care about worldly affairs, but will simmer the years and brew tea slowly. As a diamond member of Qunar, I would like to call this B&B the ceiling of B&Bs in Wugong Mountain Scenic Area. It’s not because of how high-end or luxurious their rooms are, but because I really like their big yard. There is a swimming pool, a stream, a bamboo forest, and an orchard. Can you believe it? We live in B&Bs because even if we can’t go to the poetry and distance we yearn for, we still have to walk into nature occasionally and capture the joy hidden in the breeze. Here you can satisfy all your fantasies about nature. Note: The proprietress is super nice, very elegant and very cultured. 👍👍👍

GGuest UserThis time I came to run a marathon and travel with the whole family. The first is convenient transportation, next to the bus station and visitor center. Secondly, the scenery is good, you can lie on the bed and watch the sunset and scenery. The third is the good service, the staff is warm and generous, patient and meticulous.
