GGuest User酒店大門在一側小路上，沒有提示，下車到酒店問了才知道。進了入住的房間油煙味，讓服務員又換了一間。房內設施一般，窗户很小，衞生間和淋浴室從一個門口，分隔為兩間，都很窄小，不具備豪華大床房的水準。吹風機很難用，吹的人頭暈。自助早餐品種單一，紅薯有些壞了還給客人蒸着吃。最有意思的是現磨咖啡沒有袋裝砂糖，找服務員要説沒有了，要到大堂去拿，等了好久服務員才上來（餐廳在10層上），沒提拿砂糖的事兒，問她時告訴我説，樓下我沒有了，弄的人很無語，偌大的酒店，連咖啡伴侶都不齊備。酒店周邊配套不齊全，有正在施工的建築。事實證明，這種配套環境和10月底11月初（淡季）的季節，酒店的收費標準不夠合理。

The girl at the front desk was very enthusiastic. The twin room was very strange. The two mattresses were placed on a high table. Not suitable for the elderly, I didn't turn off the lights in the bathroom for one night. I am afraid that I forgot the high table when I went to the bathroom. What should I do if I fell from the top? The cups for drinking water are paper, which does not match the hotel price. The toilet paper roll is very small and the paper is very thin. We came on October 1st, and the hotel prices are quite high at this time. Rushan dining is very delicious, the overall service is worse.

The front desk lady smiled warmly, the check-in procedure was super fast, and I saw that the luggage was taken to the room. The service was really thoughtful. The hotel has a good environment, quiet surroundings, warm rooms, complete facilities, high quality toiletries, good service staff, and a very comfortable stay. The room was cleaned spotlessly, the bedding was soft and fluffy, there was a smell of sunlight, the bathroom was dry and wet, and the bathroom was well separated. The breakfast was rich in variety and tasted good. I was very satisfied with the stay.

QQingqingdao-東方酒店是乳山老牌酒店了，這二十來年出差乳山基本都住這裏。老的員工基本都認識了，待人比較親切熱情。近幾年來，周邊的國際酒店也翻新了部分房間，環境也好了，新的全季等酒店也開了，衹有東方一直不改善。房間比較老，廁所牆皮東一塊西一塊的脱落，捲紙雖然兩卷，永遠薄薄的一層。紙巾盒是一動就底部脱落款式，非常不方便。以前碰到的任何人員都主動打招呼，現在的人員除了前台的老員工外，其餘都死氣沉沉的！早餐入口的工作人員全程玩手機，沒啥迎賓可説，對了餐票是最主要的工作。早餐在三樓，餐票寫三樓，電梯寫四樓，沒有管的。
